Eric's quote to paint an entire 3/1 from baseboards to removing popcorn ceiling and refinishing and painting it was great! The best by far we had gotten. Eric also had good availability and was able to start (earlier) than planned. Eric did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the project and even finished the project ahead of time. For my complaints. This is probably on me, but I think I went into the project expecting better quality than what I got. However, looking back now, I think it's fair to say I got for what I paid for. The quality of the paint and the job is not the best. We had to call back Eric a couple of times after the project was finished to fix missed spots or clean up missed areas. Although I am happy and appreciative that he did come back to fix these issues, I'd prefer it be done right the first time. Let me be clear, the house looks much better than it did before, so it was worth the money I paid, however, I'd say that don't go in with really high expectations as I did. If you're needing an "ok" job and are on a tight budget, Eric is a good pick.

Kris made a very competitive bid that made it clear we knew how much we were going to get for our money. We were getting $2,500 to $3,000 a day, for "one to three acres a day", just did not work for us. He was very patient with us, adjusting his bid as we figured out exactly what we wanted to do. And it was great to go "local" with him. He cleared four acres of dense underbrush, four to ten feet or more tall and up to five-inch thick, working with and around a couple of seasonal creek beds. He also constructed a 50-foot, gravel driveway, which included installing a 20-foot long culvert. We couldn't be there to watch every step of the way and he used excellent judgement making decisions where they had to be made. Excellent work. All in less than three days!
