When we first contacted them, we'd seen a house that we wanted to have a look at inside. They met us there that day and showed us around. It wasn't their listing so they hadn't yet seen it either. It was a terrible house inside. As in, super bad. Not for us. But as we were there, they asked the right questions about what we were looking for, in what areas, etc. They searched and showed us 6 (I think) properties in person within a week, emailing TONS of others every day, and we made an offer on one at the end of that first week. They worked hard for us during the whole process of inspections and paperwork, etc. We even hit some snaffoos with the paperwork (due to our particular HOA), and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of. We were working on a time crunch because our lease on our apartment was about to expire but they got us in our new place on time. Hardworking, very capable, persistent, positive, and determined to succeed, Heidi never got discouraged, even after 2 years of trying to sell my rental house. Heidi brought me multiple contracts which did not close for various reasons. Some offers I rejected as too low; some failed because buyers did not raise the deposit, or could not obtain all the financing they needed, others withdrew their offers for personal reasons. Finally, an offer came in at a good price, but the buyers asked for owner financing. I said, "No." Heidi cited several reasons explaining why she thought this offer was good for both parties.
