We highly recommend Craig's team without any reservations. Our experience began with Craig talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the Valrico market. Most important to us, Matt was always honest with us about what he thought about our property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Craig answered out texts and phone calls always within 5-10 minutes. Craig proposed an efficient sale process, arranged photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house.
