I got a haircut from Misha with a 40 dollar gift card. The second that he saw that I had a gift…read morecard I can tell that he was displeased. There was barely and conversation whatsoever during the haircut or effort to get to know me. He just did the haircut as quick as he could to get rid of me. I was also supposed to recieve a shampoo, but didn't even bother to ask him because I know he didn't want to do it. The service was for 35 dollars and my gift card was for 40 dollars. I figured I would give him a 5 dollar tip off the gift card and maybe a bit more off of my credit card. I gave him the card and expected to get it back with 5 dollars in it or at least be asked if I wanted to tip off of the card. Misha just kept the entire card and I told him the service was for 35 dollars, but the card was for 40 dollars. He told me 'this is how you make money! ' I felt like I was robbed, but in a sense he was because I was going to give him a tip for the mid haircut that he gave me. No wonder the place is dead as a doornail! I really did not matter to me because I knew it was a 'one and done' and I was never going to go back anyhow. Someone should really talk to Misha about professionalism.
