Someone did call me a few weeks ago, to say that the Stacy swag set was now available, but I declined it, said to cancel it as after not hearing anything, I bought something elsewhere.I HOPE they refunded that money for the Stacy swag, and the other swag set I ordered at the same time and paid for. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My experience is very much like the other reviews. I ordered in Sept. and found the order to be unacceptable so I returned it. It took days to get a RMA # and then once it was delivered to Swags I have been unable to get my refund as of this date. I have made a complaint to the BBB and my bank card is next on my list. ( the only way I ever got a response from them was to answer them when I received an email ad from them . There is a place on the bottom of the email to REPLY and it worked.) Absolutely the worst company. The other reviews about them not returning phone calls is 100% correct. My order was incorrect and you have to have a authorization number from them to return anything.
