At this point in time I cannot recommend Swags Galore as a good source from where you should purchase your merchandise. Not because the product is bad but because of their customer support - it has been non-existent. I sent one email prior to the company prior to them shipping my order as I wanted to adjust something - no response. I received my order okay but needed to return and exchange for a different color. I completed a request for an RMA, on-line per instructions, maybe a week prior to Thanksgiving - no response. I sent a second request for an RMA several days after Thanksgiving - no response. I have made four, five, maybe more, phone call to there customer service department and listened to a lot of music, however nobody every picked up - left messages once again per their instructions - no responses. Someone did call me a few weeks ago, to say that the Stacy swag set was now available, but I declined it, said to cancel it as after not hearing anything, I bought something elsewhere.I HOPE they refunded that money for the Stacy swag, and the other swag set I ordered at the same time and paid for. I was really shocked to hear from them, at the time, it had been so so long. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My experience is very much like the other reviews. I ordered in Sept. and found the order to be unacceptable so I returned it. It took days to get a RMA # and then once it was delivered to Swags I have been unable to get my refund as of this date. I have made a complaint to the BBB and my bank card is next on my list. ( the only way I ever got a response from them was to answer them when I received an email ad from them . There is a place on the bottom of the email to REPLY and it worked.)
