I brought my suv to be washed after I left I notice that the vinyl on my side doors was really faded I had concerns because it wasn't that way when I took it in to be washed .The manger Josue Lopez was very argumentative and did not want to resolve my issue. He stated it was harsh water that discolored my paint. He kept on telling me to call the police and file a complaint which is ridiculous they have nothing to do with there operation. I decided to go after getting home from my trip because my car was a mess. I asked them to cleaned outside as well as inside. I had spilled lemonade all over the front and my carpet. There was chocolate on the seat and side of the door in the backseat. My car came out perfect. Worth every penny. This was my first time going to Magic Hands and I will definitely be returning in the future. I was charged $100 for everything which was very reasonable all things considering. Magic Hands Car Wash is affordable and consistently good. Their "no frills" approach to the environment allows them to keep their prices low. There is no other place I know of that gives a full detail for $20 car, $25 suv and truck, or $35 suv and truck XL. Seating inside is without AC and loud. There is seating on the back wall that is shaded by large trees. With 3 benches, 7 chairs and a picnic bench there is enough seating for a busy day. Yes there are bugs Bc it's SWFL. There is a Jimmy Johns next door that I go to if it's too hot or buggy. Ideally you can come at an off time to avoid the rush. They consistently have 5-10 employees working. They are thorough so it's not quick but their quality work means it will likely take 45 minutes to an hour. They take credit cards but since the prices are already rock bottom I always pay and cash and leave a big tip. The adage, "you get what you pay for" does not apply here. Took my car for a basic interior clean and exterior wash , the guy looked at my car and suggested to condition my leather for an up sale so I agreed into doing so. I coke pick yo my car an hour and a half later and on both passenger and driver seat you can see discoloration. First, I am not a person to ever leave reviews... With that being said... I was recommended by one of my friends to get the $20 was, which she had gotten before and I saw and thought it was an okay job for $20... However, I did not know that having leather seats would increase this price $40 more dollars. I thought "Okay this should be an awesome job!" BOY WAS I WRONG! I was there for over an hour (not complaining on that part, because I understand) and I eventually got up to take a peak at my car... YALL, these pictures were takes after they washed it. I let them know and the man was so surprised and apologized. I came back and it was ALL still there, so that's when I pulled out my phone and took some pictures. Do not go to this place! They took out my car seat and did not tell me. They put it back into the exact spot I had left it and never bothered to tell me they took it out. I drove all over with my daughter for two days of her being unattached to the vehicle. The next day I slammed on my breaks and my daughter and the car seat go flying into the back of my passengers front seat and got a bloody nose. I sat there dumb founded at what just happened thinking how this could of happened when I remembered that I was at the carwash a couple days earlier. So I go back to confront them and they acted like it was no big deal. Then the lady that did it told the owner that she never took the seat out. Mind you I haven't had my car cleaned in over a year and I have a pic of underneath the seat and it is completely spotless which means she is lying because if you have a kid you know 100% there would be food and everything else under that seat if it hasn't been cleaned. Long story short the owner refuses to do anything about it and as far as I know the lady that cleaned my truck still refuses to admit fault. These guys show pride in their work. They actually hand wash the car as if it was their own. They don't run it through a machine but actually soap up the car and wash it with their hands. They get the door jams, rocker panels, and back of the fenders. They also get the interior, and they don't ignore the dust on the dash board as every other car wash in the greater Ft Myers area does!
