Dirt cheap. After driving here from Mass, needed to clean my car, so i found this place. I chose the best on the wash menu for just $33 they vacuumed and cleaned the interior and exterior. I've been using First Class as my favorite FM car wash for the last 2-3 years and find they are consistently the best around. They are not always perfect, and if busy they are slow, but they usually do a better job than any of the myriad others in FM that I've tried! Most are pretty lacking for "full service," including interior and exterior, and I've never found one that I'd give more than 3 stars. BTW, they do Teslas. read more

If you have an hour or more to wait to get your car cleaned then by all means go there. They have one person cleaning the insides of the vehicle while another walks around. No system of taking vehicle in order of arrival. You sit there and get extremely annoyed watching them take cars that came in after you before you. Never again. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for over 3 years now and I never ever had an issue. If I saw my tires or car wasn't cleaned properly, I tell them and they fix it. BUT... now I got my brand new car washed here 1 time and my passenger mat was stolen. I did not lose it because they are supposed to put the mats back after vacuuming. I called 2 times wondering if it showed up. I was thinking maybe they put my mat in someone else's car...the lady that answered said she checked the pile of mats and mine wasn't there. This car wash is sooooo painfully slow it is ridiculous. I've never been here for less than 45 minutes, even when it's not busy. And I'm not talking about a special detail or anything - just a standard works wash. The wash itself is good but the amount of time it takes isn't worth it to me. read more

I have been to a lot of car washes in Fort Myers and First Class is the BEST. I have a Dalmatian...the amount of dog hair and sand that accumulates in my car every week is crazy, and I am always beyond impressed at how thoroughly they clean my car. I never expect for it to be perfect, and yet they do a consistently phenomenal job every single time. Their staff is nice and friendly and they have a wonderful assortment of greeting cards, too! The absolute worst place I have ever had the displeasure of going to. They literally ruined my White Mercedes GLA SUV with spurting motor oil from the washing mechanism on the passenger side doors, roof, hood and back tailgate. It was so blatantly obvious and the workers just rubbed it in instead of coming to tell me, the owner OR to rewash it by hand. They just expected me to get in a bright white vehicle and NOT notice all the little black specks that were now encompassing the passenger side of my car. This in addition to remaining bird feces on the hood, tailgate and drivers side doors. I paid over $30.00 with tax & tip for this wash and the owner REFUSED to give me my money back OR even offer to have the car hand-washed with the hopes of getting the motor oil off! She was as rude as rude can be and in fact, left me standing at the counter in an un airconditioned facility waiting for her for over 15 minutes while she walked her puppy. I mean what the heck has happened to customer service in this area? It is absolutely appalling! I told the owner I was going to post poor reviews about her business and lack of customer service, and she literally laughed at me. In fact, when I spoke to one of the workers outside, he told me not bother going to speak with the owner because she doesn't care! Nice huh?! Please folks do yourself AND your vehicle a HUGE favor and steer clear of this place. It should be called "NO CLASS CAR WASH!" "Don't ever come back and show your face here again" is what the owner of First Class Car Wash said to me. All I asked her to do was honor her posted price of $125 to buff and wax my car. She said she had to charge me $150 because may Scion xB was an SUV. The Scion xB is a subcompact car, according to the automotive industry. I pointed that fact out, she refunded the difference, and told me "Don't ever come back and show your face here again" Must be nice to have so much business you can run off customers when you get caught screwing them. read more

Watched my car go through, noticed that the tire/wheel blaster did nothing. Said something to lady at counter, she stated that I would have to speak a man who had stepped out, and he never showed up. When my car came around for pickup the wheels were still dirty. The person bringing it to me tried to clean, but only so so. Had this person try to wipe off the inside of the doors as they were still dirty. Only spotty vacuuming, and dust on the front of dash board and seats never were vacuumed. Efficient and effective! There's a wide range of wash and detail options. When you go into pay there's a small convenience store with mainly used books, car supplies or cards for sale. I've gotten the full service and next one up before. My only complaint is that that seem to do vacuum too quick, and still usually have sand in the trunk. I have been taking my vehicle to be cleaned here for nearly 3 years now and am very satisfied with they work they do. I pay about $25 for the car-cleaning and am never disappointed. The owners/management are always welcoming and prove to care very much about their customers. However, I do recommend you visit without having a time-constraint, or plan accordingly to wash early morning. In season, as "snowbirds" visit, the location is very busy. The "$5 off Tuesday" on "the works" carwash brought the price down to a reasonable $14.95. It enables you to throw the poor, hardworking, non-english speaking workers the $5 as a tip. They tried their damnedest to do a good job, inside and out, and wheels. The car came out beautiful, albeit it is a beautiful car to begin with. ;-) One minor complaint, the wheels on one side of the car were less than clean vs. the other and they forgot the armor-all on those two tires also. I wish the person who cleaned the left side did the right side. I didn't notice at the time as I just hopped in the drivers side and didn't do the "walk around". 5 stars! For showing me that the dread that usually comes with getting your car fixed isn't always warranted! I won't speak for everyone, but I doubt anyone jumps for joy when it's car fixin' time. Between the cost, awful time limitations, and just overall service issues, it is as fun as sitting in bumper to bumper traffic! Thankfully they started breaking down my walls from the moment I walked in. The people at the counter were extremely pleasant and helpful with the many questions I had for them. They checked out the car and gave me a quote off the bat. I was able to make an appt quickly and with no issue. I also wasn't going to be able to pick up the car for a couple hours after they were scheduled to be finished and they said no problem. Wow, this was too good to be true! Actually it wasn't to my surprise, as their work was exceptional and done in a timely manner. I had the high tech buff & wax package, which came with a works wash, compounding, express wax, and interior vacuum. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom! They even made sure to walk me around the car and point out the things they weren't able to fix and explained why. And although they were clearly quite busy, they kept the car under cover till I picked it up and gave it one extra buff to the outside before I drove off. Price-wise it was up there, but the quality of work made it all worth it. Just one thing to be aware of...the menu prices go up if you have a truck, van, or suv. For our package, it was a $25 additional cost. My one complaint, but in no way, shape, or form would it stop me from coming back if need be. First Class Car Wash has totally earned its stripes and name in my book! read more

What a JOKE this place is I have attempted to get my truck washed there 3 times in the past six months, all 3 times when I've pulled in there they have said my truck is dirty and will have to charge me extra to wash it, (why would you take a clean car to a car wash) all 3 times I have gone to a different place and they have not said a word about being dirty, and they have washed my truck, "AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE A JOKE AND A RIP OFF" I will not wast my time with them again. This is the best family owned car wash in town! They are so nice and friendly! My car is always super clean and smells so fresh when it gets done here. I have been other places in the past but it is not worth spending the money when I could either do it myself or go to a self serve. They have many difference prices and options to suit your needs and if it starts raining bc...Florida...then they give you a rain check. Which is nice bc it's not their fault but it's still nice. They work super hard and fast and take a great deal of pride in their work. I love this place and I don't go anywhere else to get my car washed! read more

Paid the highest price and my car didnt see a drop of water until i spit on it and scraped the dirt off with my thumbnail to prove to the staff they did such a lousy job! I have used this place for 12 years but will never again. They did not wipe off the inside either. All they did was vacuum it while I was standing there watching them. This place does not have good customer service at all! If you choose to throw your money away at least watch your vehicle go through the process. The staff is too busy visiting with each other and trying to get you to bypass the tip jar to pocket the tips for themselves. Maybe this is their problem! if there is no one in line, you will wait a long time because of slow and low staff. if it's crowded you wait a long time. seems like there is no emphasis, especially on slow days, to dry the cars quickly. at least at Eager Beaver car wash, there is a manager on the line making sure things get done quickly...not here. if you say anything to the manager, he seems to get annoyed and makes excuses why it's not their fault. read more

Been coming here for about a year I'm down here from Connecticut found this place to be very good in the beginning however they started spraying some chemical on to my dashboard and it put tons of spots on my cover for the dash they claim it wasn't them but this is the only place that I ever put anything I don't have anybody else brain thing else in my car it's at this place and they will not claim responsibility so I highly do not recommend this place very very poor customer service not very friendly if you go here you go at your own risk believe me all I wanted even if they offered me just one free month I would've been happy read more

I purchase the best package - 13.95. Wanted a good job. Unfortunately there was no attention to detail at all. The inside had smear marks - the glove compartment exterior was left dirty and windows and doors not cleaned well. Outside had spots left. It only has one star because I couldn't go lower. Don't waste your time or money. I paid $74.15 to get my car waxed. The car was finished in 45 minutes and did not look or feel like it was waxed. When we talked to the staff, they told us we couldn't feel the wax because our hands were rough. Really? Then we were told, it wasn't smooth because of paint overspray. My car has never been repainted and has a factory finish. The staff didn't seem to care that we were dissatisfied. There was no offer to fix it or give a discount. Drive up and you are left on your own to figure out the differences between the packages. Sales staff leaves a lot to be desired. I chose by price rather than features and they made no attempt to explain anything without specifically asking them. Maybe it had something to do with arriving at 4pm on a Saturday. He asked me if I wanted fragrance but didn't make it clear that it was free with the package I purchased until I balked at paying more. After going inside I wasn't greeted and felt like I was interrupting her yet I was the only customer. My car was ready quickly and looked good. However, I expected a better job on vacuuming the interior. Windows were spotless. I'd go here again but I'd probably consider other places first. I have been here several times and always had a very clean car, inside and out! This morning I paid for the $25.95 car cleaning which was cleaning the outside and I saw it said vacuuming. When I got into my car to leave, I first noticed the bottom of the car (threshold) getting in was still dirty. I though oh well; I'll wipe off when I get home. I started driving and noticed my dash was dirty, the seats hadn't been vacuumed, and the doors were not wiped down. Strange, the other times I have come they were. I hate to complain but thought I better let them know, someone else would be peeved!! I called and was told they only wipe off the dash and vacuum the carpet and run it thru the machine. I said WHAT? For $27.91 with tax, that's it? I apologized if I seemed run but I was shocked! He didn't offer for me to come back and let them touch it up. So, live and learn for me. I'll be driving to Cape Coral to the Downtowner where I should have gone in the first place. I've given one star because the outside was cleaner than when I brought it in but the wheels were still dirty. I'm sorry, very disappointing for the money paid. read more
