Dr. Ronnie Swain, Jr. did an excellent job on my sinus surgery. It was the first time I had been able to breathe out of both nostrils without nose spray my whole life. ​​​Several years later my husband also had sinus surgery with Dr. Swain and it was such a big improvement. had my very first appointment with Dr Spires on 01/31/23 and I was excited to finally see if I could get to bottom of my problem. I filled out all the paper work as requested and paid my co pay and waited for Dr Spires. I can say this much, my wait to see him was very short and now I know why. My entire appointment lasted about 6 minutes. He was almost out the door before he even fully stepped in. Did not ask me one question and only went by what I briefly put in my questionnaire. Of course I thought we would have at least a brief talk. Nope. Not at all!! I barely got my hearing checked. I had to stop him and ask before he walked away. This was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. If you want in and out of your appointment quick he's your guy. If you want a doctor who you can trust, cares about his patients and wants to listen this is not the doctor for you. I do want to say this. Every person and I mean every one of them, from the front desk to billing to the nurses were extremely friendly. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Dr Spires could learn a lot from his awesome staff. Needless to say I still have to find an ENT doctor and make another appointment because I got nothing from this appointment at all. read more

Dr. Morrow did a great job, until the end, when his nurse walked me to VIP Optical next door, to "check out". They did not give me my prescription, and handed my chart to an Optician that is independent of the doctor's office. The lady then asked if I needed glasses or contacts, and when I said no, I just needed my prescription, she scowled and hand transcribed the prescription THE OD HAD JUST WRITTEN onto another Rx pad, and threw it onto the counter along with my chart, and said I was ready to check out. I said I thought that this was the check out, she said, no, I needed to go back tot he doctor's office to check. The OD did a bait and switch to try to get me to buy glasses which I'm sure they get paid for. Very shady business practice. read more
