I love the commute back and forth from work everyday and stopping in to get my usual energy drink, and some Marlboro's... The place is clean, and the people are usually very helpful and friendly... But unfortunately from my last experience there tonight I was very disappointed and probably will never go back... My reason is because I walked in there getting my usual... And was asked for identification for purchase of my cigarettes... I then got out my wallet and showed the clerk my I.D... This was a HUGE ordeal being since my license is out of state, and she then had to pick up the guide to out of state licenses and look mine up... After about 2 minutes looking (and I am not joking...) she finally found my Kentucky license... (she was sifting back and forth through the entire list in ALPHABETICAL ORDER... and just to tell everyone if they didn't know already... Kentucky starts with a K... Not an S, T, U, etc...) and when she asked for payment, I used mine and my girlfriends joint bank account debit card... Unfortunately we don't have the new cards yet and it had her name on it only... The clerk then rolls her eyes at me and says "Um... You're not Nicole"... I then told her "No ma'am, but I have her on the phone with me and a few more of her cards in my wallet.." The clerk then rolls her eyes at me again and says "Well, your gonna have to do debit.." I then proceeded to input the pin number and looked at her name-badge and walked out the door... I have been in retail for 15+ years and I have NEVER seen someone act like this in a place of business.. Especially a "Shift Manager"... Just a word of advice to the clerk, and everyone else working in retail... #1. Act like you WANT to help the customer, not like you HAVE to help... Or as if it is your job... which clearly it is... but that's besides the point... #2. Use proper English... and talk professional... not like you just came out of an inner city ghetto rap music video shoot... I don't know why QD is hiring these kinds of people... especially as management... It would be a red flag to me if someone couldn't even spell out the alphabet A-Z... I am VERY upset from this experience... Not just because of the service... But also the embarrassment from being i the situation with other customers behind me in line while I was disrespected and treated like this...

I had the worst customer service. I dropped off a roll of film and was told it would take up to 3…read moreweeks to develop. Calling them 3 weeks later to check to make sure it was in before driving, the guy told me they would call when it was done so not to call again. A month goes by still haven't heard anything i call again. I was told they had nothing. 5 weeks go by and told still nothing. They refused to check the status. Called customer service where i was hung up on twice, transferred to the store after telling them they wouldn't give me an update, and then finally given an answer. She said it would be done by Friday (3 days later). Called the store that Saturday again they had nothing and she said she would check and call back by the next day. 3 days i didnt hear anything. I called back to them telling me they couldn't do anything. Once i said i was told it would be looked into she finally did. It would be another 2-3 weeks. After all that i finally got a call saying the pictures were done (almost 2 months later). Just to pay 20.99 for none of them to turn. That part i know isn't their problem. Just the worse customer service and run around i have ever got.

Fantastic place for local beer!!…read more My wife and I stopped by this place while visiting the area. Wow! For a small local downtown shop, this place has a fantastic collection of Michigan brewed beers. Some refrigerated, some on the shelf, and nearly everything available as a single bottle, they seemed to showcase the best beer Michigan has to offer. I'll admit, I went into the store looking for beer, but they also have a great selection of local wines and other products specific to Michigan. This is definitely going to be a stop on our next trip to MI!!
