Retreat21 is lucky to have him as we found the landscaping to be wonderful. From the patios, to the right amount of gravel on the road, to their gorgeous, landscaped pond and event center and OH! can we mention how they incorporated a 100+ old oak to serve as an altar in their woodland sanctuary. Perfection!!! There is a large guest cabin that can be rented, plus seven other ones and a handful of geodomes. Each cabin has a private hot tub and fire pit. The geodomes just have a fire pit. At the front of the property is a large barn that has been converted to a tasting room. They have several house made craft wines and ciders. You can take those out to enjoy on one of three nice sized patios... one has hanging swings! They serve charcuterie, boards, and flatbreads... I'm on the weekends. They have food trucks. They also have yoga on the weekends that you can do in their vineyard -pretty cool along with other events This is a great addition to the Columbus area and Marysville. He is 2 and I found the activities at the farm to be perfect for toddlers. They have numerous play areas and many places in which they have set up slides, which is my son's favorite. He had a blast in the corn grain barn. A great sensory play activity for all kids. He loved the mountain tunnel and straw barn slides. We enjoyed the pumpkin jump area and took both the hay ride and pumpkin express. My son also enjoyed petting the goats. We missed the piglet race, but sounded fun. There was a handwashing station near the animal and corn box barns, which I appreciated. We had a apple cider slushie, which tasted like taking a bite off a freshly picked apple, which was perfect for the warm day.

The owner gave some wine recommendations based on what we typically enjoy, allowed my wife to try some of the wine shake, and was very attentive in general. We had a soft pretzel for an appetizer, then a cheese pizza for me and fish and chips for my wife. We enjoyed it all. There was plenty of pizza for me, but the fish and chips was a smaller portion than we expected, but for the low cost, it was very reasonable. The appetizer was necessary to make it a full meal, but we felt it was all worth the price for the value and the quality of food. We didn't bring the kids this time, but quickly realized with the casual patio atmosphere and the kid friendly items like pizza and soft pretzel, it would work well for them to come have dinner with us while we taste some more!
