LOVE Dr. Kramer! Nothing helped my hormonal and cystic acne in the past. I've tried all the "dermatology tested and approved" products and changed my diet and everything, and nothing has helped. I didn't know that I could get oral medication or perscribed topical treatment until I met with Swann Derm. Dr. Kremer is the BEST. He was so kind and listened to me and I felt heard. His perscription for what helped cleared my acne was exactly what I needed and my skin has never been clearer. I'm 6+ months on my acne clearing journey and I wish I went to Swann sooner! I left Swann Dermatology feeling VERY mislead and dissatisfied regarding the billing and procedures. I was in there for a total of ~20 minutes and somehow the charges have exceeded $1600. I would recommend another Dermatologist for any casual procedure. The staff were very pleasant for what that is worth. read more

Undeserving of 1 star. The worst medical office I have ever been to. A bunch of little girls standing around with nothing to do then the dr. came in, never apologized that she was 20 min. past our appt. She wanted to give me an antibiotic for my severe infection of acne, told me retinol was no good, said I didn't have acne, then I said what are all these reoccurring pockets , bumps of oil? She said I have no oily skin.....Well thats because I used Differan an extremely harsh drying product ! I said okay I believe this is an overactive sebaceous gland an anitbiotic may heal it but its coming back, all this oil is under pockets you can't see. She had no resolution.... I believe its because they don't treat overactive glands! she said she would call in the antibiotic but she never did. As I left the office 6 little girls where staring at me. Supposedly there is a dr. at Ozarks Derm who can, Dr. Insley. Believe all the bad reviews. read more

I found this place when I knew something was wrong when a white mole started bleeding...I had excellent care from dr Swann and Autumn...this was several years ago and I continue to frequent this establishment for all my skin procedures! Horrible office. Over billed us. Treated my college aged daughter terrible. Was rude to me on the phone when I called to try to resolve billing issues and ultimately hung up on me and was rude and crass, extremely uncaring about my daughter who is 4 hours away from home at college. Do NOT go to this office. You will be overcharged , treated poorly, and even if none of this occurs they will cancel appointment without telling you and leave you waiting for almost an hour at each visit. read more

I absolutely loved this place and have been a loyal customer since 2019. I received Botox and filler from a wonderful gal there for a few years. Unfortunately she left. I also left for a year to Utah. When I returned I had a new provider(Veronica). I went to her last year to do the EXACT SAME ANNUAL TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FOR YEARS. I asked for the inner tear trough filler and Botox. She applied it and it turned out to be a very botched outer trough filler. My eyes looked worse with deep wells. I even had one huge welp under my eye. She saw me a few times and shot some Botox around it to try and hide it. I even went to Dr Swann who pointed it out himself, called it a medical term and did nothing. I stayed loyal and continued to go. I went last Tuesday for my birthday and asked a new injector for the original request and she brought the same (Veronica) in for assistance. Who proceeded to tell me that they don't like to do the inner for risks. Well, why were you willing to do it last year and charge me 1700$? I ended up scheduling an appointment with a different provider THE NEXT DAY. They immediately dissolved the huge welps under my eyes and I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED A DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT. The provider took the time to speak with me about my options and what would work best for my face and skin. I don't know what happened with Dr Swann and his injectors but they definitely lost a sense of pride in their work and care for their clients. I may not be pulling up in a Porsche or charging my work on my Amex card. BUT, I had faithfully given that office 7-10k a year. EVERY YEAR, that I saved just to treat myself. The worst part of how badly and less than the provider treats her customers. She treated me as though I was being ridiculous and over dramatic about the eyes and it was the FIRST THING THE NEW PROVIDER POINTED OUT. I was scheduled for a brand new laser treatment in September for 5k. I will not be giving them anymore of my money or time. Go to Aesthetic Studio! What a great experience it has been being seen at Swann Dermatology. First, when you walk in, the office is very nicely decorated, recently remodeled, and the front desk staff is very friendly. They have state of the art technology to offer treatments for a variety of skin and body care needs. The providers are very competent and personable. Thanks for nothing billed my insurance 15,000 for 3 Mohs procedures then got petty over 600 left owed refused to do my skin checks and the Botox was botched lasted about a month and a half@@@ It appears to look like Freddy Krueger slashed my neck 3 times over I'm very unhappy with the girls and dr at this office!!! read more

Cydney has taught me so much about taking care of my skin, and can recommend several products that will fit your needs. I highly recommend seeing her. She is the sweetest too, and I just love her! I was always in the sun as a kid and now at 58 I have had several skin cancers. Swann Dermatology has been so very good to remove them with no scaring. Dr. Swann is a remarkable surgeon but everyone in the office are incredible as well. They are all at the top of their game. I have, and will in the future recommend my friends and family to go there for treatment. read more

Attempted to make an appointment for an initial consult and was basically pushed away based on my health insurance. Should have know based on their webpage.
