Non existent service- until you vocally keep complaining then they'll come to you. There was seven of us ordering basically the same and one of us got their food and 30 minutes later we started getting ours. Most everyone's tickets were wrong.... I guess after 90 minutes you kinda forget what people ordered and start just putting stuff on the bill that wasn't ordered. Won't be back again. It was awful!!!

We were here the week of Thanksgiving. The sites are all cemented, they fit our F350, UTV on and…read moreour 45' fifth wheel. They have beautiful fireplaces on some of the sites. The lake levels were well below their normal levels but it was all still pretty. Not bad to get to from Kodak, Sevierville or PF (we took our UTV into town instead of taking the dual trucks into town. They have cable but it is not strong and the words don't always match up with their mouths. They do not offer cable wires to rent, but you can buy them there. (we bought ours at Walmart). The washer and dryers are $2 a load. They do not have soap or change machine in the laundry room. They do have change at the front office, not sure if they have soap or dryer sheets to buy. They have a dog park, swimming pool and a beach (did not use in November). But they looked great. The sites were expensive but the property was very well maintained and very clean. We would return but it might be cheaper to get an airbnb (depending on how long you are staying) with another couple and split the costs of a cabin.

The pads are the most level we have seen and the amenities are fancy. The water slide into the pool was fun though it may not have been for adults because I went pretty slow. Overall, it's a nice campground and it was fun to rent and drive a golf cart around. The people working there were nice and the church service Sunday morning at 9 was nice. My husband booked again for next year in August so hopefully the water levels will be high enough for all the water park stuff.

The campground has great camper spots and all the campers are so nice. I stayed in the cabins and they are also renovated with wonderful views of the lake. It is such a peaceful place away from the tourist traps of East Tennessee. OMG, did i mention they have boat rentals? We did kayaks one day and pontoon one day. It was fabulous and the staff were so eager to ensure we were taken care of. I would give it six stars if I could.

We were seeking adventure and had so many options for whitewater rafting. We decided on this…read moreparticular company for a couple of reasons 1. We could fit 4 in a raft 2. It had a coupon for $12 off!! We called on Tuesday night about 7:45 (they closed at 9) and talked to Teresa who was able to schedule our foursome for a trip at 2:00 on Wednesday. She was so helpful and gave us some tips for travel to Hartford. Once we got there we checked in with a very competent and thorough young lady. We took a short bus ride to the "put in" point. On the 10 minute ride some of the guides performed fun comedic routines which kept us from thinking about how hot we were on a bus with no AC ( except open windows), decked out in life jackets and helmets while holding our paddles upright. :-) We got paired with a river rafting guide named Brantley. He gave us great paddling instructions before we even entered the raft. Since we had all been river rafting before, he explained that the trick to having a more exciting trip is to synchronize your paddle strokes. We had a great time with Brantley. We truly appreciate his concern for our "fun factor" and especially our safe trip down the river.

Our…read moreguide Chrissy was an absolute rockstar and made us feel comfortable while also keeping us all in the boat, both of which I truly appreciated! I know the experience through the rapids depends on the approach, but for us the very first rapid was the roughest. From there, we got the hand of it a little better and the rest of the trip was super fun. We happily paid the $35 for 17 pictures to be sent to us digitally that captured the fun, would go back if ever back in the area!

Every staff member we met was funny, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. Our guide, Ocean, was AMAZING! She knew it was our first time and went out of her way to explain what to expect, making us feel confident and excited. She turned our first rafting trip into an unforgettable adventure--full of laughs, thrills, and a few "core memories" we'll be talking about for years.
