The drivers I have had for the past year have always been very friendly and I have always felt very safe in their cars. I wouldn't hesitate in using them late at night or being in the car on my own. Car…read moregot confirmed and then I waited over 10 mins to be allocated a driver so decided to cancel to then be charged the whole fair as cancellation fee (£38) which is ridiculous as I hadn't been assigned a driver or had any indication as to when it would arrive. Decided to get Uber instead and my car came in 5 minutes and only cost me £25. The reason I'm writing this review is that I've emailed Karhoo 3 times demanding my money back as this horrendous and have yet to receive a reply.
