They never started work but continued to send supplemental claims week after week for eight weeks. Then the bomb fell. After getting our hopes up, then stringing us along for eight weeks, they sent an email that they were discontinuing there interior division effective immediately. I initially scheduled an appointment with Josh, the project manager, for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17th. However, he later contacted me to say that time wouldn't work, and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. Then, on the morning of March 17th, I received a message from Josh at 8:30 a.m. saying he was already on his way. This was frustrating because not only did he change the original appointment, but he then disregarded the agreed-upon time and showed up even earlier without checking if it worked for me. I'm not a morning person, and I value my time--I expect the same level of respect in return.
