Despite multiple attempts to get updates, communication has been poor and responses have been limited or nonexistent. Our organization has used this business for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After more than six weeks, we still do not have our merchandise back, leaving our high school dance team without the items they need for camp. Delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to return customer property is unacceptable. We expected much better service and professionalism. The job was done far more quickly than I anticipated and his work is beautiful. This vendor knows what he is doing, is professional, and his work is top quality.
