I took a $300 jacket in to be embroidered and when I got it back, they messed up on the stitching which created 2 holes in the jacket. I spoke to Ramy and he said it was at my own risk. So I paid $300 plus another $375 for embroidery with a brand new jacket that now has 2 holes. He was not willing to do anything. Horrible work and customer service. Super expensive too! read more

Great store. The first time I came in, we had some miscommunication but gave them another chance. This time I do have to mention that they take their time with you and really try to help you succeed with the product you had in mind! I walked in and was greeted immediately and asked if I need help. The store manager helped me design three shirts and gave me great advice to how to place the pictures and size. too expensive, after a few washes the print looked strange too. The people were nice but the price was what got me mad. The sweater costed $30 and the print costed $20 so I don't know why they charged me $60! Maybe tax I think but I don't see why tax would be $10. The only thing that was good about the print I got, was took a short time to make. If you want to find a better place, go to Imageon custom printing. Would not recommend this business for any custom apparel or prints. Their lack of integrity to stand behind quality products and their customer service is poorly managed. They off services for products that they cannot guarantee quality on. They don't stand behind their pricing offered (when I called over the phone, I was offered one price and then a higher price in person, which was finally settled upon, once I "reminded" the manager of our phone conversation. They are also very inconsistent on their quality produced. Quality of products returned were un-usable and embarrassing to give out. Will not be returning to this business and would highly recommend others seek quality service elsewhere. Such an interesting business idea. If you want a custom shirt made, you can come here and they will make it for you. It can be a one off or if you order higher quantities they will start offering price breaks. Wife was going on the price is right and we wanted a unique shirt. We saw this place in the mall, so I went in to learn how it worked. Pretty simple. Just design, send a file and they print! Of course the more colors, more complicated and expensive (if you want vinyl. Which is what the guy sold me on. My design only had 3 colors but turned out to be a very challenging print with Vinyl. I wish I remembered the guys name because I really appreciated the extra time he spent to get it right. I had walked in just before closing so he could have just jammed through it. He ended up staying way past closing time just to ensure came out as good as he could make it. I was even more surprised as he kept getting calls asking where he was. He clearly had somewhere to be but took it all in stride, stayed positive and turned out a great shirt. He is definitely an asset to this company and I hope the owners recognize it. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EMBROIDERY! Basically I paid $40 for them to ruin a $60 fleece. The stitching was ridiculously bad - huge spaces between, threads pulled out, loose ends. They may be good at screen printing - I can't speak to that. But if you need quality stitching in clothes you intended to wear, absolutely do not go here. And if the company is reading this they shouldn't be surprised. Would you wear this? Do you think this is passable stitching? Then don't offer the service. I ran into this place as a coincidence. I was looking for a custom apparel place but it was a Sunday and everywhere was closed. I happened to be at the mall and saw this place open, walked in and immediately was able to talk to Nader. I originally wanted an embroidery but he suggested a simple print on my piece of clothing since it would be a faster delivery and cheaper. I also was able to bring in my own piece of clothing since the store didn't carry what I needed. He had it done in 10 minutes and it turned out perfect! For reference, it was a onesie for my friend and I'm so excited to give it to her. Excellent customer service and Nader made sure each and every way to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I ordered a custom cap here with a custom logo. I needed it in two days. They never sent me a proof of the logo after they digitized it. The wording on the logo overran the edges of the graphic, very poor workmanship and lack of communication. They offered to redo it, but there wasn't time left and Major inconvenience. to have to come back to their store to pick it up again. With the exorbitant cost I had at least expected excellent quality I didn't get it. I would not use them in the future. read more
