I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. Noticed as I was leaving that they (Lewisville location) is open on Saturday and Sunday. Went back in to ask and sure enough. They said phones work both day and would just like people to call (if it's not an emergency).
