I've had a fantastic experience with this gym and its nutritional coaching program. One of the…read morestandout features is the small class sizes--capped at just 6 people--which means you get a lot of personal attention from their personal trainers without the pressure or chaos of a big-box gym. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, this place is designed for all levels of physical ability. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and great at modifying workouts to fit your goals and limitations with focus on proper form and calculated movements. The nutritional coaching is a huge bonus. It's not a one-size-fits-all plan--they take the time to work with you individually and help you build habits that actually last. The month-to-month membership is reasonably priced and gives you flexibility without locking you into long contracts, which I really appreciate. There are no additional fees. If you're looking for a gym that combines affordable personal training, nutritional coaching, and real results--this is the place.

Go elsewhere id you want to swim. The 11 lane "competition" pool has kid clubs in lanes 2-10 most…read moreof the day, leaving two lanes open for dozens of people to share. Last week there were 10 people in lane 1 and 6 in lane 11. Clubs take the lanes until 7:30 and the pool closes between 8/830 during the week. Sunday pool hours are until 5:30 because the gym closes at 6! This could be a good facility if they figure out the swim schedule and extend weekend hours. Front desk is apathetic and claim "we cannot so anything about it" because they are owned by the City. Maybe I'll go to Craig Ranch and swim there, it's worth the extra price to not deal with incompetence and apathy

24-hour gym that shuts down at 7pm... makes perfect sense if you don't think about it.....read more

This gym was amazing when it was Texas Family Fitness, then Planet Fitness bought it. The smell…read morealone in the gym Make you feel like you're in a third world country! They hold no standard to hygiene, cleanliness, or being sanitary. They're more worried about your gym bag being on the floor than people smelling like they haven't showered in a year. I feel like I'm on Skid Row in LA with all the homeless people, but they probably smell better.. The fact that isn't their first priority blows my mind. People walk-in smelling like absolute $h!+..... Yet they are more worried about gym bags on the floor! The new manager with reddish hair is dismissive when it comes to that part, but wants you to carry in your weight belt, wraps, handles, straps, wallet, keys, phones, and anything else you need and place it on the floor in a pile and move it everywhere you move. She said the bags are a tripping hazard but not the individual items that you bring in. Let me mind you this location isn't the typical Planet fitness, it's a real gym layout so their are bodybuilder types there moving big weights and competing for more then the "i went to the gym today". For the gym to not a standard of just common currency of not smelling like a third world country blows my mind. The staff even comments on how bad the smell is when they teach the classes. I have dropped 300+ pounds on my chest because a group of unhygienic people walked by me as i was working out.. YES, it's that bad at times!
