Dress code is a joke when you have young people coming in with bathing tops to workout and crocs... no one from front desk says anything, the supervisor or manager is not visible checking employees to ensure the gym is functioning as it should. When it rains , there's water dripping from the ceiling. Some machines seats are broken and need to be replaced. I understand you get what you pay for but it can be improved. I don't know if I will renew, just waiting for another gym to come to this area to make a change.

What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

The front desk staff were super chill and friendly when we came in with our buddy pass. They didn't try to complicate things or push memberships on our friends. The weights are spread out across different sections rather than just one row like at other locations. Two of the wipe stations were out on a Sunday, which isn't great, especially since that's not even a particularly busy day. Overall, it's still a great location and closer to our friends, just in case we decide to do group workouts.

So many fun toys, and the child watch staff takes great care of her. The "floating floor" is a game changer. It makes plyo moves and jumping feel so much better on my joints. You can book camps in advance, see who is coaching, and keep track of how many camps you've attended throughout the year. They offer a variety of class times that work for working moms like me. I really hope they add one Sunday class at some point, but otherwise this gym is pretty perfect.
