I wish I had found him sooner because my garage roof is the oldest and the moss damage is significant since there was inconsistent maintenance. Now I can at least stop the progression and preserve the value of my newer roof on the house. He gets the physical moss and dead stuff off, and the treatment prevents regrowth, without harming the surface which might be tricky when using pressure washer equipment. I'm not comfortable using a pressure washer on the roof and imagine you could really damage it without the right technique, and I don't know what chemicals are safe for my yard. His prices are fair too, so preserve your roof and hire Brightside.

These folks just installed a new Trane heat pump system in our home a couple of weeks ago. The…read moreprocess started with Steve, who gave us some options and costs. Once we settled on a system it was only about a week before the installer, Leo, and a helper (Sorry that I forgot his name) were here to remove our old unit and install the new one. That only took about a day and a half. When they left, we had heat, but needed an electrician to come run a new wire so that everything would work. The guys from Crescent Electric came out and got that all taken care of. Once that was done, Fernando came out to get the system dialed in and up and running. Everyone that we dealt with through this process was as friendly and professional as they could be. The install looks really neat and clean. They answered all of our questions and gave thorough explanations on how to work the system and thermostat. We couldn't be happier with the service and the product that we got from Frank's. On a side note..........it sure was nice to have that air conditioner when we had that Crescent City heat wave a few days ago!
