I was in the ER part for 2 days, and the "bed" I was laying on literally felt like a gymnasium mat! The doctors and nurses lied on my medical chart saying I was "sleeping" when I didn't sleep there the entire time. My mom told the receptionist I had meds i needed to take everyday which they didn't care. The staff and doctors don't care about how they treat people and don't care about their jobs. the WORST ER I've ever been too and have bad memories!! if you need to go to the ER, Wellsboro is the place I suggest!! I'll never go back to Cole memorial!!!

The ER staff were quick to see me, they were efficient in their work, and they were genuinely kind. I'm very lucky and grateful to have been in their care.
