The latest invoice I recieved actual listed charges for them traveling to the courthouse to withdraw from my case !!!!! How low class is that? I just found out that time sensitive court documents were sent to Myers address because they were still listed with the case. AND, they didn't even have the ethical morals to at least forward them to me. Or at least a phone call telling me they were in possession. So, I was forced to appear by myself through a 2 day trial trying to represent myself. On top of that, when they handed me all the documents from the past year, I found that many of the depositions & testimonies were missing !!! AND , I found personal information & documents from, I assume, another one of their clients. What a breach of client / attorney confidentiality !!! Also, when attorney Melodini was bidding goodbye to me in front of the courthouse, he expressed concern that I would not pursue negative reviews or actions. What unethical conduct !!!!

Was recommended to use their title services for a closing on the sale of my property. The…read morecommunications could have been better, and for a law firm you would think their attention to detail and diligence would also have been been better. When handling funds held in escrow to pay any outstanding water bills to the city, the least they could have done is to check with me to see if the bill was correct. The water authority sent a bill that was not correct and was covering up for mistakes on they made on the account, the DMKCG firm just paid it - no communication to check on the validity and without any concern for the use of the escrow funds. Very unprofessional.
