My mom and I ordered a custom cookie cake, which they drew up immediately for us to take home. The recipient loved the cookie and it was delicious as well. We also picked up a couple bags of day-olds (just as yummy as the fresh ones) and placed an order for some custom cookies. They turned out fabulously! In addition to the fantastic cookies, the service is also worthy of five stars. We were treated kindly through the entire ordering process, and the decorators offered suggestions that made our cookies beautiful. I highly recommend Eileen's! It was a joy working with them.

When I went to give her a deposit she told me the bottom layer would only be 10 inches so I asked her how big ten inches is in a round cake and she got really mad and slammed down her ruler. Brought a round Pan and slammed it down and yelled this is what ten inches looks like. So I said if she is not able to do it I can go somewhere else and she went crazy after that. It is really sad because I have been going there for ten years and even had her make my wedding cake, anniversary parties, and many other occasions. I will not refer anyone to her or ever go back. She needs to learn some people skills.
