After about 45 min of waiting, we asked our server if it would be much longer, she said she would check. After 15 minutes she had still not returned. I went to ask inside on the status as my two young kids were very hungry and tired. They let us know they hadn't begun any of our food yet, and we had two tickets in front of us. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving to get my kids some food. The staff was all very friendly but I recommended that they inform customers (especially ones with children) that it would take well over an hour to receive food. We left quite frustrated (and starving). I would have greatly appreciated the heads up so the decision would have been mine to seek out another option and avoid meltdowns.
