I was recommended this place by another mom of a 2 year old and we are glad we came here! We did the first haircut package so he got a little certificate with a lock of his cut hair! They let him pick which car he wanted to sit in and what show he wanted to watch (he chose the Batmobile and Sesame Street haha). The staff was super nice and patient. Lucky was his hairstylist and did an amazing job! We also loved the little slide in here, the fun colorful vibe, and my son especially loved the balloon they gave him at the end! His hair looks great too! We will definitely be back for his next haircut!

She's always been attentive with what her customers ask for and the patience to get it done right. My child has some challenges with his thick, curly hair and she manages to make it look great! When we walked in, it absolutely delivered on the kid vibe. Toys everywhere, colorful decorations, kid-themed everything. So far, so good. Then we noticed there was a wait. No big deal. As we're waiting, I look over and see what looked like an 11- or 12-year-old getting a haircut. Fair enough. Then I scan the room a little more... And there, sitting in a race car haircut chair designed for children, was a fully grown man. I'm talking mortgage-paying, tax-filing, probably-has-a-401(k) grown man. At that exact moment, the entire experience became unintentionally hilarious. Here we are, excited and emotional about our toddler's first haircut milestone, while Randy from Accounting is getting a fade next to the bubble machine. Maybe it's just me, but I genuinely didn't realize there was no age limit. The place seemed clean, friendly, and definitely kid-oriented. But the vibe got a little weird once I realized our son was waiting behind adults for an appointment at what I thought was a children's haircut place. We trusted our gut, laughed about it, and decided to leave. No hard feelings. We booked the kids first hair cut and my kiddo watched the kid before her get a whole production with a gift bag and printed picture (which is what was included in ours as well). We not only were seated 15 min late but no one really seemed to know how to print the picture. I had to ask for her gift bag which has been left laying on the back counter by the receptionist who seemed more focused on talking to her friends then making sure we were taken care of Seems if there was a little more priority in consistency and customer serve it would be easier to justify a $30 10 minute kids hair cut. Our stylist gave us a cute braid which was nice. They have iPads at each seat which keeps kiddos occupied.
