After multiple calls with no answer, I received a text just 30 minutes before my appointment. The message was addressed to the wrong person and stated that my appointment had been canceled. At first, I genuinely thought it was a scam. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Because of the extremely short notice and lack of communication, I was forced to scramble at the last minute. Despite planning meticulously, I arrived late to my graduation and nearly missed the opportunity to walk across the stage. I was only notified of the cancellation because I called to confirm; there was no proactive outreach from the company. Very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine remorse was shown. The stress and disappointment caused on such an important day were completely avoidable. I can only imagine how devastating this would be if it were for an event such as a wedding. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking with this company.
