The shop is a collaboration of numerous antique collectors under one roof, and I have to admit the selection is quite impressive. I was very impressed with their collection of records, which were of the collectible type not like the usual junk you see in Goodwill. I found records here that you can't even find in record stores. Just when you thought you'd seen everything inside, there's a door that leads to the back which leads you into another large space that is non-air conditioned. Everything here is very well laid out and the prices aren't ridiculous. There are so many things to see here that I decided to let the pictures below tell the story. Then said it would take 2 weeks to get the part and then they would have to schedule to come out which would take about another month. Now they did let me borrow a chair that was half the size of the one I had. So I was so upset I told them to take the chair. So they took the loner and the broken chair. Two months later the other chair is making a popping sound when you recline. I called Aarons and they sent a guy that works at the store out and he looked and it and heard it popping when it would recline and we both couldn't see where the sound was coming from. He said he would tell the manager and she would have to make the call on what to do next. I didn't hear from them for a week and I called Aarons and the guy that had came to my house was there but the manager wasn't. I talked to him and he said that he had told the manager and she was suppose to take care of it. He said they would call me the next day and I waited. Two days later I called and the guy I had talked to and he no longer works there. I have ask to speak to the area manager and he won't return my calls. The area manager I spoke to last time who ask me to please let them have another chance no longer works there. I went up to there office and the manager suggested that I should look into a manual reclining chair. She showed me one and I ask her how much they would sell it to me for, since all I owe on the one that is still under warranty is 3 or 4 payments. She said she would have to call her manager. The one that won't return my call. She came back and said they would take 15% off. Is this a joke? I owe 3 or 4 payments and the chair is still under warranty! How long will I have to wait to hear from someone and how long will they take to fix the recliner and if they fix it will it be patched so that as soon as I pay the last payment it breaks down again? Then they will say, "Opps sorry your warranty is gone."

I have a Wal-Mart 48 month battery in my car that was acquired sometimes around October 2024 (…read morebased on the date sticker on the battery) . they tested the battery and confirmed that it was bad. They pulled my car into the bay and started on it and after about an hour and a half the tech came in and said I was almost ready that they just had to process the warranty replacement. I watched as they scanned my battery and the replacement and seemed to be having difficulty. The automotive team leader and finally a store team leader came and repeatedly scanned the new and old battery and apologized for the computer scanning issues. I am 67 with mobility issues so I told them that I needed to sit down and was going back to the waiting area. I later noticed that both leaders were gone and my old battery and the new one were still on the counter. I went to ask what the delay was as I had already been there a couple hours by this time. The associate there apologized and said that they were not able to process the warranty as their computer did not show my battery in the system. At that point I purchased a new battery as my cat was in their shop with no battery at that point. . After a total wait of nearly 3 hours I was on my way with a new battery but short of cash since they refused to warranty their products. Once at home I located my receipt from 11/11/2024 when I purchased my battery.. Yes I will return tomorrow and try to get a refund. But doing so means a 40 mile round trip back to Walmart that I will not be compensated for. I am disappointed in the lack of service I got as a customer at Wal-Mart#77 in Taylor Tx . While the associates I spoke to were polite they were not helpful. When they determined not to honor their warranty they didn't inform me until I came and asked what the delay was. Disappointed is not strong enough for my experience today. PS: I was not able to try spend time looking for a store manager as I had an appointment that I was almost late because of the 3 hours spent getting a 15 job done. I attempted to contact Wal-Mart. Com online communication site but there is no link to store managers and the communications link on the company website is not geared to service complaints. Hopefully I can resolve this and hopefully this is not a common issue with Wal-Mart.

I made an order and was told by app that delivery needed to be rescheduled for whatever reason. I scheduled for the next day. The app stated my groceries were delayed but map showing me where delivery was. I have instructed driver to leave on porch. Two hours gone by and no groceries. I call Walmart in Taylor and no one picks up in online deliveries. I get very nice girl who picks up phone and tries to help. I am sent back and forth from one department to another. i was disconnected at one point and had to call back. I finally get someone in online department. I was told driver returned my groceries. I was told drivers can do this for any reason. My advice is stick with other memberships as Walmart literally doesn't deliver.

If you want/need information or have questions they are more than happy to help and love to have conversations about books with you.
