When you enter the bakery, it is very roomy with some seating and calming atmosphere. They have several counters with different kinds of pastries including a cupcake for dogs. Before ordering, we bought sample cupcakes. We ordered a heart shaped, double layered chocolate cake with buttercream icing and sprayed on gold color. It was a beautiful cake. The gentleman stayed it would be white buttercream icing with the gold sprayed on top of it. We picked the cake up, it was ready on the counter, and they offered to carry the cake to the car. When we cut into the cake, the frosting was golden and the sprayed gold tasted weird. We just scraped off the gold thin layer and were able to enjoy the moist cake with buttercream icing. The price was very reasonable! We will definitely buy another cake from here. read more

First of all I didn't know where to go and it was kind of a last minute order. I asked the young lady to help me with an 80th birthday cake I told her I wanted a two tier and white with gold (as those were the colors we were using) I didn't even have time to find an inspiration picture, but she was able to help me. I get my keto goodies from this place and it's fantastic and delicious, my sugar never spikes and it never affects my progress. Very well made, I also get their sugar free chocolate chip cookies, also excellent. My entire family gets their cupcakes and birthday cakes from there too and it's always a hit. Today 9/17/25 I got a mini $15 dollar cake from this place for my boyfriends birthday, we portion control and so this was a perfect option, not only was it gorgeous, just as pretty and detailed as their big cakes, but it was delicious. Always delicious and beautifully decorated, never had dry cake, in fact cakes and cupcakes have been moist, rich and creamy. Iv tried mostly all their different flavors of cake tres leches, banana split, BTS, strawberry, lemon raspberry etc. They never disappoint. I went to their site in Mission, and even though the place was open, it was empty! One light on and no one there! I should have taken a video! I was just in shock. There was only one light on. The store is located at the back of the building and when I was walking out, a man was in another office that faced east, looked up at me but he didn't say anything... I've never had a problem aside from having a difficult time on what flavors to pick since I can never make up my mind (too many delicious options). The staff have always gone way and beyond to help me make my special order cakes the way that I request them. They always do an excellent job when I tell them to decorate as they wish as long as I have a certain item in the decor. Red velvet cupcake is not great. The texture of the cake is dry, the cream frosting is way too sweet almost if it was premade store bought frosting. I acknowledge the ok cream core but other than that there's honestly better red velvet cupcakes. They were also allowing several people inside and not restricting the number of people who go in, nor do they offer curbside, so you're forced to go inside. People were also not six feet apart. I payed 40 dollars for a raw cake. I went back to the Bakery to get my money back the employee told me she would only refund me 27 dollars! She said that she would not return me the money for the design, which she was charging 13 dollars. After telling her several time I wanted the whole refund she finally agreed! We tried their brownies. We got 4 small brownies for $4. They were more cake-like than fudgy (which is the kind I prefer). The cream cheesing/ caramel topping on the brownies was okay, but it was a little too sweet. Overall it was ok for a sudden brownie craving, but I really feel that I could have made better brownies at home if I had time. I'm sure they have other great treats here..but if you're craving brownies, trust me, go to Walmart and pick up ghirardelli's double chocolate brownie mix. Few times I have been to the one on 10th Cakes takes totally different there dried and no taste at all. Very disappointed!! Have been a client for 3yrs but they lost my business. I ordered a cake for my son that was a small Lego block surrounded by 30 cupcakes. Just plain cupcakes half chocolate & white in different colors because I purchased candies to top them. I was given a price of around $59, A bit over priced to be honest but since I showed the pic to them and they promised it would look like that, I paid half. When I picked it up, the block was tiny, the cupcakes were all white, the cake & cupcakes were separate (Not like the pic). They acted as if it was a big hassle to assembled it into 1 box and simply gave me the box to do it myself. That's not all...I had a $43 balance! Yes, that Means I paid $73 for a simple cake and after arguing that was not what I was told they claimed I was paying for everything separate. I was clearly upset and yet they did nothing to fix the problem or apologized. I ended up paying too much, had to assemble the cake outside my child's school in 40° weather! I have ordered plenty of great cakes at other bakeries for half the price, bigger and with more detail. My advise...get a receipt if you order and shop around before you over pay. read more
