This year I purchased a cake from her for my son's 3rd birthday. After tax I paid $425.25 for a 2 tier 12" 8". I requested his name be on the cake as well as the number 3. I sent her 3 pictures to use as inspiration, advised I didn't want it super cluttered, but granted her creative freedom. The cake we received was sub par. Its appearance looked nothing like the pictures of the cakes she advertises. She didn't include my requests. Almost every decoration on the cake was either paper or plastic (inedible). And it looked like it was thrown together carelessly at the last minute. The cake itself self tasted like freezer burnt cardboard. The cake could not be cut into slices as it crumbled horribly. We very unfortunately ended up trashing the entire cake while our guests opted for the Walmart cupcakes. I messaged her addressing my concerns and my upset. I did not want or request a refund. (We are human, we all fall short occasionally) I simply wanted her to assure me that if we continued using her in the future that I would not have to worry about this being the quality of the work that I was paying top dollar prices for. In her response to me she said things such as "I'm not going back and forth", "I feel as though I made a fantastic cake", "over 3k cakes I've never seen my cake look like that". Her response was that of a person who lacks accountability. She displayed a very poor level of customer service. This is someone we once raved about, and very sadly will not be using in the future because her ego has led her to believe that she is above error. Attached are the inspiration pictures I sent her. A young lady recommended me to Tiffany and I kindly replied saying I had already used her services but thanks anyway. To which either Tiffany's mother or mother in law, commented and tagged Tiffany. Not sure why, since I hadn't said anything to insult or defame her character. I then received very hateful and verbally assaulting private messages, of which I saved. To shorten this update, I informed Tiffany that I'd contact the police if she continued to threaten and insult me. Tiffany certainly proved my point with her behavior that day and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I did not see any handicapped spaces near the entrance of the bakery, but that's not their fault. There are spaces adjacent to the building and more across a traffic lane. The restaurant is located in the rear inside corner of the shopping center. There is a sign above the entrance so it is easy to locate. Walking in, the baked goods case is on the left wall. We were greeted almost immediately by someone coming out of the rear kitchen area. The staff was helpful in describing the items. Our first visit was near their closing time, so there were not many items left. We did find a few we wanted to try. Our next visit was earlier in the day and the selection was significantly greater. I cannot identify everything we saw or even purchased, but I can tell you everything was quite good. The filled items had fillings like cheese, fruit, one was even ham and cheese. The others were more like sweet breads and muffins. It was very hard to limit ourselves when making our selections as everything looked so good. Tasting each item proved our eyes were good judges of flavor. Mary's Bakery is an unassuming bakery in an unassuming location that provides some excellent products. It is certainly worth your time to visit.
