We bought a packaged cookies, just heads up THEY HAVE NUTS. Doesn't mention this on the package. We got the flavored ones which they said was strawberry, lemon and vanilla. The strawberry tasted "ok" my daughter said. To me it tasted like they mixed strawberries with shortening/royal icing and buttercream. Lemon frosting- I liked the lemon flavoring they used; I used that in the bakery I worked at. The blue and white tasted like shortening. The cookie itself needed sugar. My daughter can't have nuts so she couldn't weigh in. Definitely wouldn't recommend these cookies. These went straight to the trash. Red velvet cupcake.... lordy, the frosting was hard, I mean hard. This cupcake was soft in the middle, hard on the outside. You could tell it wasn't fresh. Tasted like I was eating fish eggs, trash. Ugg, wish I could have said something btter about this place. The pretzel was not like a preztel at all. It was like a super dry biscuit in a pretzel form. Not chewy, just fell apart.

This is one of my favorite places. Their cakes are wonderful! Right now it's pick up order only. Drive up, call and they bring the order out to you. They have cookies, cupcakes, cakes and thumbprint cookies.

This is my go to place for cakes unless someone asks for something else. Why they would I have no idea, plain crazy. Of course they have other yummy baked goods which makes it so hard to go in and just get a cake. They also recently really helped me out by cranking out a sheet cake with not much notice. I knew they were closed on Sunday but I didn't know about Monday too. It is definitely a somewhat hidden gem.

An amazing bakery. This place is legendary in Hixson and fully deserves that status. It is tucked into the strip mall behind O'Charley's on Hixson Pike. You can also reach it by taking Northpointe Blvd and turning when you see the Goodwill store. It is a very small shop but when you walk in you are immediately transported to your private happy place by the amazing smells of sugary goodness. The cookies, cakes and breads are all beautifully displayed. They also take custom orders and make incredible personalized birthday cakes and cheesecakes. They are a little more expensive than other places but you can honestly taste the difference in every buttery bite. One of my favorite items from here are the thumbprint cookies which are absolutely addictive.

You guys I'm swooning over this loaf of poppyseed almond cake. Oh my goodness for less than $3 you can eat the most dense, fluffly, flavor-packed cake. So good! Come here for your wedding cake if you want the traditional flavor. They do it right! The cupcakes are good here too. You can get a regular size cupcake or a large size cupcake. I went with a strawberry cupcake with strawberry frosting. So delicious! You can taste the macerated berries in the cake and the frosting. And the ducks and dinos make for cute baby shower cookies. Very sweet.

Priced and description of product. Nothing had prices on the pastry that were on the tables. Over priced.

Since everything in the Bluff View Art District's hours are limited, make sure you call first to see what their hours are for the day. They have a fabulous assortment of fresh-baked and delicious breads and sweet treats. My favorite is the challah bread. It's so soft, fluffy and very pleasant tasting. Rembrandt's Coffee House around the corner from them also sells their breads and baked goods, so you have a second option if Bluff View Bakery is closed. You have parallel street parking and there is also a private lot beside the store. Delicious adventures await!

Was told have to goto a separate building to find ice. When I arrived at the next building the ice machine was empty. So this is just the beginning! So woke up the next morning and no food or breakfast is located in the three or more buildings. You have to walk about a city block away. When you arrive for breakfast your food is delivered in a cardboard box - which was actually gross ! You will NOT wake up to fresh coffee, orange juice or anything in the common area. You will find all areas are locked except for a very cold room with an actual church Pugh bench in the common area. Next I return to the room and the maids were outside. I asked for extra bathroom towels and was told "can only give you more towels in exchange for your dirty towels. I also asked for another blanket to sleep with and the maid states " now I have to goto the other building for that". Later that day I turned on the shower, the shower knob was stuck on all hot, and could not even take a three minute shower. The actual room had a small television in the wall, behind the television was a curtain. I moved the curtain back to find a huge hole on the wall (where and old tv was filled with dust). Tony's pasta restaurant (onsite) was a sodium filled nightmare. Tried the pasta- over cooked , the meatballs were unetiable. Not sure where the chef was from but I am certain nobody could ever say anything positive about the menu. Purely disappointed and disgusting. The owner was so mean and rude! View more

One time my parents and I came here after dinner for their gelato, and it was so delicious. We were all very impressed with the consistency and how smooth it was. So I've only had their gelato after all these years. This time I came for brunch with a friend on Sunday morning. It was packed and we got on the waiting list for a table. Wait time wasn't too bad actually. My friend and I both ordered the Hodgepodge Hash and I subbed the sausage for chicken sausage. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish I had come here sooner. I loved everything about my meal. It was flavorful, dynamic, full of texture. It had that spice from the serrano peppers, crispy and flavorful potatoes, and the sauce tied it all together. I love savory breakfast, and that was it. Now I'm hungry and missing my previous meal just writing about it haha. Afterwards, we got gelato! I was pleasantly surprised that the gelato came with two scoops because I originally just wanted the coffee flavored one. So I had a scoop of Coffee + Cream and Pistachio. Our gelato was so tasty. I love anything coffee so this one was good, and the Pistachio one was nice and light. It had a subtle Pistachio creamy taste. Just as before, the gelato was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and super helpful with our food preferences. I have no complaints at all about our experience, and I love every single thing we ordered. I can't imagine a better place to spend Sunday brunch. I look forward to the next time I'm back, thank you!

Please take this review with a grain of salt. Today was probably not an exemplary day for Milk &…read moreHoney. Mother's Days are challenging, but I think where they hurt themselves the most is that they do not have a method to take reservations or even call ahead seating. Wait times were often in excess of an hour listening to other people waiting to be seated. That's a horrible experience on its face, and the management of this restaurant needs to do much much better or just close on Mother's Day. Next, we'll get to the food. I doubt it was a shining example of what they are capable of. I got the Shakshuka and it was mediocre. I'm not expecting it to be as good as what I would get in Tel Aviv, and I've had the real thing in Tel Aviv. But to be honest, the eggs came out nearly hard-boiled not poached. And the eggs are one of the stars of the show for this dish. If you don't get them right, the entire dish fails. Next will touch on the chicken and waffles. The observation from my tablemate was that it was dry and he didn't even eat it all. The same thing can be said for my other tablemate who had the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was exemplary, but the chicken was dry and actually overcooked. Then there were the omelettes, I don't believe they were impressive in any way and the people that ordered them agree. For those of us at the table that ordered coffee, it was rather strong. I normally like strong coffee, but this was borderline Turkish coffee, and there wasn't enough cream available to mask the potency. The service was also stretched thin. Our server, Destiny, did her best, but she was waiting too many tables. Having once been a waitermyself I have a special affinity for Service staff who are asked to do too much. We left her a good tip, but I'm sure she is capable of much better service than what she was allowed to deliver. Finally, the overwhelming crowd made the restaurant feel claustrophobic. The noise level was far too high, and we could barely hear one another at our table and we were sitting very close to one another. I don't place the blame on the kitchen, staff, or the wait staff, or even the greeters. This was a fail of management, plain and simple. They made no contingency plans for that many people and should have anticipated a larger crowd on Mother's Day. Management -I challenge you to do better!!! We will come back during a normal Service day to see if you can perform better, but I encourage you, as owners and managers, to stop setting your staff up for failure, which is what you did!

The biscuit was very good and there was a big piece of egg and lots of cheese. I'll admit I burnt my mouth eating it too fast. Of course, their reputation had proceeded them, I had heard all about the apparently magical cookies many times, but I had never taken the plunge. Now in hindsight, I am kicking myself repeatedly for not jumping in sooner. It started from the moment that I opened the door to the establishment. My nostrils and everything that creates my smelling senses were immediately overwhelmed with the most pleasant, soothing, comforting, tantalizing symphony of scents to ever conduct its melody within the chambers of my nose. This perfect bakery smell (think the best bakery you have ever sniffed x1000) was like a physical force that pushes out of the door and locks you into a warm hug as soon as you open it, which I gladly accepted and returned. The inside of the establishment is also very clean, the choice of color scheme (a lot of bright whites) made the place look very slick and inviting, with a hint of futurism. As my Macey and I stepped in, my feet felt weightless, like I was walking on clouds. It was as if I had stepped into a sweet (pun intended) spaceship which was about to take me on an interstellar journey for my tastebuds and introduce me to new worlds. It was a Friday night and so the place was busy, but still quick and efficient in the way that they fulfilled orders. I had placed a mobile order on the app and it was ready when it said it was, with no additional wait needed on the inside of the store. Though I may even secretly regret this, as I could have spent more time enjoying the experience on the inside. However, little did I know, that as great as the smells were, the tastes would be that much more. Once we got home with this sacred stash of deliciousness, the time soon came to complete my venture into the unknown. I was taking one small step for this man, but one giant leap for mankind. I took my first bite of the Churro cookie and BOY LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT NOW. My world was flipped upside down, topsy turvy and all around! I was standing in my kitchen and had to lean on the stove in order to keep myself from falling over! I needed some help to carry on! I was FLOORED! Cookie so good it'll make ya wanna slap ya momma AND ya grandmomma!!! (Although rest assured that I would never ever, I love my momma so much and I love both my grandmommas so so much.) Cookie so good that I dang near had a religious experience! I closed my eyes as I took a second bite just to be fully present for this some-people-wait-a-lifetime-for-a-moment-like-this moment! My beautiful wife nailed the flavor profile of the Churro cookie so accurately. It tastes EXACTLY like the old cinnamon raisin biscuits that Hardee's used to have. I say that as the greatest compliment, because those biscuits were the TRUTH and I tore them up in my childhood years. So here we had this cookie hitting with its spectacular flavor AS WELL AS a stunning wave of nostalgia. The cookie itself is perfect, soft and flaky, with a mathematically, totally precise ratio of cookie to the cream that sat on top. This cinnamon-y bite of delight almost took me out all by itself. But the job was not done yet. I also had to try other flavors. I thought the Churro was all I would ever need in my life, but at the behest of Macey I tried the Blueberry Muffin cookie. Again, absolute perfection on the flavor profile. This cookie was extra crumbly and had the exact same texture as one would get in an actual muffin. Hidden amongst the feathery bites were lovely bursts of real blueberry offering a nice freshness feeling. I was still note done, as there was one more flavor left that I would go on to try, the Key Lime Pie cookie. This seemed to have a similar base cookie as the Churro and when I talk about a flawless ratio of flavors, it was here again between the cookie, a key lime cream, and a dollop of whipped cream on top of it all. This was an amazing blend of tangy, tart, and sweet. Earlier that evening we had partaken in a wonderful meal at Texas Roadhouse, where ya boy had went HARD, demolishing bread, 16 ounces of sirloin, shrimp, baked potato, etc. I thought I would never have to eat again in my life. So for a while, I thought I would have no room for the Crumbl Cookies we got. Little did I know that with these cookies' magnificence that my body would grow a second stomach in response just to be able to accept these cookies' decadence! No regrets here! I am sharing the truth and will do so with everyone that I can, Crumbl Cookies ARE THE TRUTH! I was transported all Aladdin style to a WHOLE NEW WOOOOORLD! Nothing has ever satisfied my notorious sweet-tooth in such a way as this. I'm convinced that nothing ever will. I can not wait to order from you again and again - the only thing I worry about is my bank account. But hey, we will figure it out. Crumbl, you the ones.
