Babes delivered another arrangement, Halloween Glen, instead of the arrangement she had asked for and more importantly had paid much, much more! She had ordered Trick-or-Treat Bouquet It was A LOT different from the Halloween Glow. I am writing this for my friend who sent the bouquet. She called Babes and a clerk acknowledged that the wrong arrangement had been sent out. Know what they offered in compensation? 20% refund and 20% discount on any future order! First of all she will never order anything from their store again and 20% doesn't even get close to her lost! My friend and I do not recommend Babes for any tele services (long distant by phone). It may be better for in person services, I just don't know.
