The shorter woman who works behind the counter/register was extremely rude and after gathering my order decided to take another customer and take her sweet time helping a (Caucasian) customer before ringing me up. I simply asked if I could be rung up. Basic customer service would state that you handle the customer that is ready to be rung up. Instead she had the nerve to tell me that I was out of line! I wonder if I was Caucasian if I would have been treated with the same respect as the other customer. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I've frequented this chain at different locations and overall most locations are clean, well stocked and serviced with kind and friendly staff. While the first two are applicable for the Culver City location, a lot of the workers who work at this location, in particular the security for the day shift is an older woman who is quite condescending and unwelcoming. Not only is she unhelpful with the information she provides, she's quite rude about delivering it. While, I can appreciate passion and drive when it comes to appreciating someone's labor, her attitude and tone completely turned me off from purchasing anything from this store or even returning to the chain. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I hope other associates at this location are different, but if you're looking for a easygoing and inviting environment to purchase your goods this store and this specific location is not what you're looking for! Spend your money where staff will treat you as an individual with kindness. The Westwood location has a fantastic selection of staff at all hours of the day, if you are committed to the Sweet Flower chain. This one needs some serious improvement internally. Edit: Upon reading the reviews after posting mine I believe the same older woman at the counter is creating a troubling experience for customers of color. The associates name is Johvanna and it appears her mistreatment of customers is specifically designated towards those of darker complexions, as when I returned moments after her treatment. Fun to discover a new location. I was shopping for some VET CBD for my pups and some other nearby locations were out of stock. This store seems to be a little smaller, but still has a variety of everything you could need or want to take the edge off. Picked up a few things for myself as well. I love that they have so many options for cannabis beverages. I like the Wunder the best. Sweet Flower always has some sort of deal going on, so plan your visit wisely to take advantage of sales to help balance out all those extra taxes. Helpful staff and while they offer valet parking, it wasn't available when in went. I was lucky to score a meter. This is in a permit parking neighborhood so mind the signs. read more

Very unprofessional and very rude lady at the check in. The prices are higher than other shops nearby. They say they are giving you "25% off", but then your total comes out 20% higher than the sticker price. And if you ask about it all they reply with is an obscure word salad to confuse you into silence. There are tons of other great dispensaries in LA that are knowledgeable, have clear pricing and much better selection. Don't waste your time here. read more

Very beautiful store. I mean it's in Culver City so it's gotta be pretty. It's well lit. The budtenders are attractive and they seem to have a wide variety. There is just one, small problem...they are Hella expensive and taxes are high. I'm also not sure all the budtenders are well versed in the weed and weed products they sell. The two I experienced didn't know strains unless they looked it up. It's still a very pretty store and I love the large windows just haven't been back to get anything for the reasons I stated. read more

Way nicer than the medmen staff, who can't be troubled to answer your legit questions depending on who you get. I came for a topical cream for my MIL's arthritic knee... so so helpful! Then came back to try the beverages, so so helpful! Both times I got a freebie gift with my purchase, like, hello? That's so nice, and helps swallow the 100% tax I feel like I'm paying on everything.
