This is my review until this is resolved…read more.. I've bought at least 4 quartz bangers from here in the past month. When the 3rd one broke I was getting mad... But when the 4th one broke I finally said something When I called the store and explained, the girl (who was helpful) said she'd have to call her boss to tell her to see an exchange. When she called back she said her boss had said "unless the glass was cracked it's not his fault it's the manufacturer". I told her "I'm not trying to get anything for free. I don't even want a new banger that will break in 1 day.. I wanted to TELL you.. but he's also wrong. He PICKS the manufacturer. If he picks a cheap product to sell then that's HIS fault" She said that they "don't even sell bangers with no brand name on it and I should've been 'Tsunami glass'" (I know tsunami glass... not one of these has been tsunami) I said "well I have the peices in my hand I can show you there is no brand name" Her response was that they may have grabbed a banger out of another peice and.. (I cut her off) "and just sold it to me for $16?..." Then I told her "also NO she got it out of the case with all the other bangers. Why would your employees be throwing default stock crappy bangers in with tsunami glass and charging me for it. That's terrible business" She said that it would be worth the same price (obviously wrong) and that she would have to call when the new bangers were in If you care about your product then it would be better quality. I've never purchased so many of these in such a short amount of time. It was nice because this place is right across the road from me and has good prices (now I know why) ... The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all his products, it made the experience nicer than it already was. Their lounge is outstanding, with leather chairs and the like. I swear, if I didn't have the wife waiting outside in the truck, I'd have loved to have sat down and burned one with that guy. I visited this shop a couple months ago and spent $54. I bought 2 boxes of the salt juice at the…read moretime it was 19.99 BOGO free (which is the only reason I bought them), because I can buy them in Ocala all day long for 2 for $20. I showed the young man what brand and model of vape that I had and told him I needed the pods and new coil. he proceeded to go get what I needed, he asked if that all that I needed and I said yes that was it. He took the products to the register, rang them up and placed them in a bag. I get home, go to fill the up the new pod and coil together and realize that he gave me the wrong pods!!! I live way out in the forest by Lake Bryant and I do not own a vehicle so the only time I can get to Bellevue is when I have a Dr.'s appointment then my ride will take me where I need to go. So I hold on to the receipt thinking okay my next appointment I will take them in to exchange them for the right ones, since it was his error I figured as long as I had the receipt there would be no problem. Today 07/01/21 around 3PM after my ride gave me a lift to my appointment we stopped in the shop so I could exchange the wrong pods for the right ones. WRONG!!!! I show him my receipt explain what happened and his response after glancing at it was. " looks like your gonna be stuck with those". First: HOW FREAKING RUDE DUDE! You know it wouldn't have bothered me so much if he would have said something like ma'am I am so sorry but our return policy doesn't allow us to return anything after 3 days. NOT "looks like you're going to be stuck with those". I was so dang mad about what he said and the way he said it that as I was walking out I just threw the pods and the receipt across the counter and told him he could just have it back! What good was it going to do for me??? 8 bucks down the drain not the biggest deal to cry over but your employees behavior and snide remark was uncalled for. I wasn't trying to get the cash back I just wanted them to make it right because it was their employees mistake. Rest assured I will make certain that I check before I leave a place if business again, I most definitely will not trust that they know what they are doing. I won't be revisiting this shop ever again that's for damned sure!!!
