I called the No Streaking office number, which I think is just an answering service, and while the person I spoke to was comfortable scheduling the window cleaning, she couldn't answer any questions about the pressure washing. She did convey my wants to the Owner though, and then left me a voice message trying to clarify. Because it was frustrating to deal with communicating like this (indirectly) I waited a few weeks, then decided to go ahead and book it. The Owner then got in contact with me directly, which made the process much easier. The two guys showed up on time, and the right day, and got right to work. They did a great job! Very thorough, very detailed, and they both were friendly and courteous. Our building and windows were brand new clean looking when they were done. This year's experience gives me much more confidence to continue using their services for years to come.

I'll start by saying the good: love that they use a vinegar solution to clean your home and the first visit we had, they did amazing! Emma did a phenomenal job getting our shower sparkling clean, removing the red/mold in our shower that was missed from our previous regular cleaners. Jackie did a great job with the rest of the house as well, and I was impressed with our initial cleaning. The bad: if you're looking for consistency, then (as the owner Lauren says), "you're probably not a good fit." Super disappointed in the way they handle feedback. We hired them for a monthly reoccurring service, but the 2nd visit wasn't as great as the first (also why I waited to write a review to see if they could continue doing good work). When seeing they missed cleaning our bathroom mirror, forgot to remove our recycling, didn't empty our lint basket/trash in our laundry room, and left a dish in the sink that was soaking (we didn't include dishes in our package but I was told by Carla-- the booking agent-- if there was a dish or two left, then "of course it'd be clean"), I then texted these issues to Carla and received a text from Lauren (the owner) herself. For an owner who "values feedback," it's clear that she doesn't unless it's a 5-star review (which her Google page is full of, I'd be curious to know how many wrote it after their initial visit and if they had same experience each time after). Instead of remedying it on the next visit and bringing it up to her cleaning team, she immediately dropped me as a client by saying I wasn't a good fit and should look for an independent/solo cleaner to ensure consistency. I definitely don't want/need an independent cleaner (1 person cleaning a 4 bed/2 ba house would take FOREVER), and I know it's possible to have a team of cleaners who do great work each visit-- we had this in California! Why does expecting consistent work = solo cleaner owner/not a fit? A bummer as I wanted to love this company. *Also I left a review for the visit itself and I received the below automated message. Interesting that it says "they'll make it up to you," yet I wasn't even given a chance for them to do a better job the next visit? Weird.
