It was time for our office window cleaning, and my boss had seen that No Streaking now offers building pressure cleaning, which he wanted me to look into. I called the No Streaking office number, which I think is just an answering service, and while the person I spoke to was comfortable scheduling the window cleaning, she couldn't answer any questions about the pressure washing. She did convey my wants to the Owner though, and then left me a voice message trying to clarify. Because it was frustrating to deal with communicating like this (indirectly) I waited a few weeks, then decided to go ahead and book it. The Owner then got in contact with me directly, which made the process much easier. The two guys showed up on time, and the right day, and got right to work. They did a great job! Very thorough, very detailed, and they both were friendly and courteous. Our building and windows were brand new clean looking when they were done. I hired No Streaking team after getting word-of-mouth reviews from my neighbors. I will be giving them as a referral as well. Positives: 1. Quick to respond on every aspect. From the initial contact to job complete was all in 3 days and this involved me asking a bit of questions. Once I made my decision to proceed with No Streaking, my windows were done in 48hrs!!! Day of appointment, team arrived on time. Jesse was professional and very receptive when I ask him to checkout an area I thought needed a little more elbow grease, he acknowledge and was even thankful I pointed it out. 2. Professional at all levels of contact and very thorough. 3. On time and not given a 4 hour window when they would arrive. 0800-0830 was my appointment, arrived at 0820. 4. Price wise, they were not the least expensive, but not even close to the higher cost I spoke with. When the job was complete, I could not believe they only charged what they did. The only negative, I noticed a couple window sills were not wiped 100% clean (very small areas). I asked it to be wiped down in the areas that were missed, he was very professional and thanked me for letting him know. I have a two story home with a LOT of windows. This review marks the second time I've used No Streak. Different teams came out each time. Even though I had two different sets of people, I noticed that the workers did have some commonalities ~ they all did a terrific job, they communicate well, and they are confident, considerate and relaxed about their work. One for one they are just happy and pleasant in general. I had hard water staining on a widow that a sprinkler was hitting and they got that out when no one else could. I also like the fact that the company emails to confirm the appointment when it's made and then emails again a couple of days before as a reminder. Love it when my windows are sparkling clean! I was looking for a window cleaner for my commercial building. It was very hard to speak with a person that is knowledgeable with the services. I had to continuously call to try to speak to someone. I'm not sure why I even tried that hard to do business with them when they wouldn't even return my calls. I had high hopes since their reviews were all 5 stars. They came to clean one time and there were issues with the cleaning. I tried to contact the owner/manager and she would not call me back. She would only email me. Honestly, if there's an issue. Time should be taken to return a phone call. I wanted to speak to her personally and she just would not return my phone call. I would not recommend this company since if there is an issue, you will not be able to resolve the issue. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! While the actual work performed was acceptable, as the crew was leaving our house I noticed that one of our front windows was cracked. I mentioned to the supervisor that I don't remember having a broken window and, after conferring with the other person on the crew, he stated that the other person had broken the window when closing it. The supervisor called the owner (Nicole) and she indicated that they had insurance to cover something like this and that they would have someone come out to fix the window. After several weeks of no action, I called and spoke to the person who answers the phones (Jennifer) and she indicated that they couldn't find anyone to fix a double-pane window. I then called 2 vendors and got 2 estimates to fix the window. After speaking to Jennifer again, she indicated that I should get the window fixed and they would send me a check for $366 to fix the window. I had the window fixed and forwarded the paid invoice to Jennifer, and she stated that Nicole was sending out a check. After a couple of weeks and no check, I called Jennifer again and she said that Nicole stated the check must have been lost and that she would send another via BillPay at her bank. Another couple weeks went by and neither check has arrived. I think it's a shame that a business would act in this manner, as their staff admitted to breaking the window and Nicole has lied to us numerous times about doing the right thing. read more

I have used this company twice for window cleaning. The first time they did an excellent job and the windows looked great. The second time, just yesterday, they sent someone out who is trying to purchase one of their franchises. She rushed her work and did not stay long enough to inspect that she left multiple drips behind on the patio doors and windows. In addition, she told me she cleaned all of my garage windows. However, she completely missed one window and I had to clean it as well as all of the drips left behind. When I explained to them what a poor job she did, their reply was that I had hard water spots and I needed to pay for additional work. The spots left behind were not a result of hard water spots, but rather the solution their worker used and did not clean up. I would be hesitant to use this company as their work is not consistent. When you tell them about their poor work they use excuses and ask you to pay more money to fix it. read more
