Had been a repeat customer for many years. I scheduled power washing and window cleaning recently and I let the scheduler know (as I always did) that we have a tall, multi-level home. Worker gets to house and says he doesn't know why he got the job because he doesn't have the equipment. Ridiculous! I was furious. Needless to say, we won't use them again. read more

I don't know when You havr been treated with such disrespect by a company. I contacted Sabrina's because they came highly recommended by my family in Sarasota. Plus they are located close tome in Bradenton. I got confused the day the they were scheduled and I thought that U had missed them . They were to wash my windows inside and out and power wash my back steps. I camked and told them I had to resechule but when I realized my error, I called and spoke to a female who told me they would vome the next day. Suddenly, there'a man who keeps reinterating this incidenta and Cant seem to mive on. So my appointment was rescheduled to riday 02/14. First U am notified they will be here at 9am. Then i get a call from the female saying it will be 2 or 3. Needless to say they were a no show and when I called and said they need to be here now, the extremely rude man tells me that I had cancelled that first appointment and he has the voice mails. Which had absolutely nothing to do with todays appointment. He hung up on me so I won't be using Sabrina's now or ever. No one needs to be ytreagted like this when hiring someone for their services. read more

I was quoted a price over the phone for same exact work performed by this company last year ..and I told them I wanted the same thing done again this year .. then they tried to add another $100 to the "re-quote" when they arrived. I have used this company for years, last August I received a call to clean my windows. I was not able to do it at that time and set up an appointment for November. They booked me an appointment in November and canceled due to not having the correct ladder, booked me another appointment in December and canceled due to weather, it was a perfect day! The technician I was sent in Largo did not have time to adequately clean all of the windows--despite arriving two hours earlier than scheduled and despite my specifically asking the scheduler the day before if there was a stop time because there were a lot of windows. I was told there wasn't a stop time--it would take 2 or 3 hours at most. I was not notified that there was a problem with the front window and, as he was attempting to leave, had to ask why that window wasn't cleaned. First I was told it would take 30 minutes to clean the hard water marks on a front window and would be expensive. At that point I had already paid $329 with a $50 tip and at no time had I ever given the impression I would quibble about the cost. I asked if the technician had 30 minutes to clean the window as I needed the windows clean. Then the technician said it would take 2 hours to clean the window and he had a long drive home. I asked if I needed to schedule a different technician from this company. I asked if I needed to contact a different company. It soon became clear that he did not want to clean this window today or ever and things deteriorated as he raced through the house and then the outside to identify other windows with water marks to give a new estimate. Then decided to it was better not to give an estimate. By the time he was driving away I had already called a different company. I then called this company to explain today's events to the scheduler as perhaps the owner of the business would want to know what had transpired. I was told that the technician didn't think he could clean the window. I said I don't think he tried and if there had been a problem after trying, I should have been notified. I notified the scheduler that I had contacted a different window cleaning service to clean the window. read more

Totally professional job every time! They don't just clean the glass. The windows, tracks, frames and screens are all gleaming. They also pressure washed my paver lanai. I didn't realize how dark it's gotten over the years and I've had others pressure wash it but the difference is remarkable this time. They also cleaned my ceiling fans this time and did a great job. Can I give a zero? Made an appointment weeks in advance. Explained what I needed. They called and spoke to me prior to appointment to confirm. Appointment was for today between 8-9. No show. I called them to ask where they were. Said they called on weekend to cancel because they didn't think they could do the job. They never called me. They said they just cancelled me out. I really don't understand all of the poor reviews. I have used them a couple of times to clean the exterior of our windows. Every time I think before calling them that my windows really aren't that dirty, but after they finish I think wow! really looks great, should have called sooner. They offer a 3-month guarantee and the receptionist has always been friendly, polite, and helpful when I call. I also think their pricing is fair and they arrive when expected! I will continue to use them. I do agree that they call a lot, which is annoying and they should work on other methods of getting business. However, as a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of maintaining a strong client base. I simply let their calls go to voicemail. Problem solved. Sabrina is the company to go with. I have used them for the last 3 years and their work is just great. They do an excellent job on the windows, clean the screens, and wipe down the sills on every window. Our lanai sliders are so clear we had to put stickers on them to make sure we did not run into a closed slider. They are usually in and out in about an hour. Utter waste of time. Sabrina's has a scammy "estimate" system to get someone to your house who will give you the real, highly inflated price. I called and a nice lady quoted me $129 based only on the square footage of my house, but said the window washer (who is a subcontractor) would verify the price when he got to my house. $129 seemed low, so I asked her how she could give an accurate estimate without knowing how many or what kind of windows I have. She just told me the next higher estimate was $159 for a 2000-2500 SF house, so it wouldn't be higher than $159. There was no logic here, and I figured the real price would be higher, like $225 or something. So the window washer arrived, looked around and said it would be $343. We told him no thanks. It appears Sabrina's doesn't care about being accurate or truthful, or they could easily ask questions about your windows to give you a better estimate and not waste your time and the window washers time. Why would anyone work for this ridiculous company? read more
