So I'm super glad I got to finally check them out even if it's in a different state. The lady working was very sweet and I was really pleasantly surprised at the smell when I walked in. It smells like a sweet bakery heaven lol. I could not work there and smell that beautiful aroma all day. Their cupcakes were so beautifully decorated too. I just really wasn't expecting that at all. It was hard to pick just 2 cupcakes, but after a few minutes I was able to decide on a few good options: - Cookies and cream - Reese's peanut butter - Vanilla with sprinkles and my gals from Hocus Pocus - Biscoff So, this is defense love at first bite! They had a nice range of different flavors and it was kinda hard to decide which ones we wanted. We end up getting 4: Lemon Strawberry Chocolate chip red velvet Cream cheese frosting vanilla We all end up trying tying each flavor, My favorite was the Lemon and red velvet, the flavors were perfect. Not too sweet or too lemony. Strawberry had an artificial flavor to me so I wasn't a fan of it. The vanilla was just okay. However all the cupcakes were moist and had the perfect amount of frosting. They are priced at $4 a cupcake you can get 4 for $17 Giving the sizes I don't think it's badly priced at all. It's definitely worth it. I would go back and try some of the other flavors of cupcakes and possibly their others desserts I was just not a fan of the cream cheese frosting and the artificial flavor of the strawberry cupcake. The exchange immediately felt uncomfortable, unnecessary, and unwelcoming. I found it very off putting that the focus appeared to be on whether a customer spoke loudly or enthusiastically enough rather than simply providing a pleasant and respectful experience. The employee has no way of knowing what customers may be dealing with in their personal lives. Because of this interaction, my husband and I chose to leave immediately. For context, during my previous visit I spent around $60 on several items, so this feedback is not coming from a lack of interest in supporting the business. It's genuinely unfortunate to leave a review like this, as the product itself was good. However, customer service matters just as much as the food, and because of this experience, we will not continue to support this business.
