He told me the building was built in 1833 and it used to be a bank (thus the metal door in the humidor). It's a decent sized humidor with an average selection of some of the more popular brands. I bought some house blends and they were absolutely amazing. Although the seatings and furnitures were old, they were still comfortable to sit and smoke in. The ashtrays were clean as well. I had some great conversations with Mark and others who were lounging at the time. If you're looking for a spot to smoke a stogie and relax, this is the right place.

This particular location is located on West Avenue in Saratoga Springs, just south of Church Street / Rte. 9N. I usually stop at this Minogue's to pick up some Saratoga Sparkling Water, in the dark blue bottles, whenever I visit my Dad. The health benefits of this bottled water are well documented, and the 140 year-old history of America's finest spring water, bottled on the shores of Geyser Lake in Saratoga Springs, is legendary. Above and beyond the bottled water, Minogue's is known for craft beer. Lots and lots of different styles of craft beer. You can walk the aisles to see the displays of hundreds of different types of craft beer, and then you can purchase the beer by the individual bottle, or the 6-pack, or by the case. Many of the beers are sold from refrigerated coolers as well. The folks working at Minogue's will be able to tell you when a new release of craft beer is due into their store, and the true beer aficionados will be there on opening day. You can also purchase your beer by the keg (1/6th keg, 1/4 keg, and 1/2 kegs too), complete with taps and cold plate systems for rental. And if that's a bit too much beer for you, Minogue's has over a dozen growler faucets to sell fresh draft beer. They will fill any standard 32 oz., 64 oz., or 2 ltr. growler. Minogue's also sells sodas, juices, mixers, and hard liquor, so you can imagine that this shop gets plenty busy towards the end of the work day. This is also the place to get your snacks, lottery tickets, cigars, cigarettes, Roll-Your-Own tobacco and supplies, and e-cigs. I'm a frequent customer of Minogue's when I'm in Saratoga Springs, and I enjoy wandering the aisles to look at all of the different craft beers.

Every person who walks through their doors, be it a regular customer or a newbie, is greeted in the same friendly, helpful manner. Nate will help you pick out the perfect cigar, whether you're a first time cigar smoker or a cigar aficionado. The atmosphere is laid back and intimate. You may choose to sit up front at the counter (check out the leg lamp, it's hilarious), or lounge in the back of the shop in one of the comfortable chairs, sipping coffee, smoking a good cigar, chatting, and watching TV. We live about an hour from the shop, but my fiance will visit at least once a week. Realized yet again how we find good things outside our comfort zones and to try new things. This place is awesome. They have a public smoking area and also a member's only lounge. The public area was full so we tried the member's lounge. Awesome! Clean, great Rabbit air filters and powerful a/c to keep the lounge most comfortable even in the dead of a humid and hot summer. Member lockers were classy. The coffee and small wet bar/kitchen area was clean and fully functional. Lounge chairs and tables were great, with lots of clean ash trays and wooden matches. The store has an awesome antique lighter that you have to see to experience. Cigar selection was good. I usually look for in-house or local hand rolled sticks, but this place had Martinez sticks made in NY. It was a big selection of them, but my like for torpedoes narrowed my selection. A great smoke! Perfect burn and ash buildup. Will definitely return!
