For the second order, she had them ready when I needed it as well. I always request certain flavor combinations; for the recent order, i requested a coconut and chocolate combination, and she delivered a beautiful bouquet or cupcake roses. I even asked her if she needed a deposit but she insisted payment will be done upon pick up. And she confirmed the order had been added to the calendar. Now I message her today to confirm pick up and to advise how to proceed with payment and she replies back yes is confirmed for the 16th!!!!!! I sent her a screenshot of our conversation and she only said she was in Brazil...... not an apology or anything. Now we have no cake we have to figure out how to celebrate our loved ones. No empathy no organization beyond dissapointed.
