Sadly, there are no cake tastings offered, although, four popular cupcakes are offered for sale at under five dollars to provide a sneak peek of a few robust flavors of cake and frosting. The two tier cakes range in price from $450 and up depending on optional additions. FYI, not just cakes here, they offer cookies and gourmet dipped strawberries too. Our event is in three months, so will return with the wife to sample a few cupcakes to possibly secure a service and will update the review and rating.

This Sunday there were vendors were selling local honey, fresh mozzarella, Kona Ice, burgers, fresh produce, tacos, quesadillas, fresh squeezed juice, ceviche, seafood, Melly Nel's Famous Rum Cakes, nut butters, candles, Wolf Den Soup, and live plants. I recognized a lot of the vendors from the Saturday Plantation Farmers Market in Volunteer Park. Well not overly large this market has a good mix of curated items. If you get something to eat there are a few covered picnic pavilions overlooking the canal to dine at. The restrooms are also right there. I was happy to be able to pick up raw local honey that I use in my tea and when cooking. If you are in the area it is worth stopping by.

They also have hot coffee on their menu along with refreshers and tea.

Debi is a gem! She went way above what is required of her to make sure her customers have the best experience. She is an amazing person and baker. I am in Canada and wanted to surprise my best friend and my sister for their birthdays. From start to finish, Debi kept the communication going. She delivered a beautiful cake to my friend, who said it was so delicious. Despite the challenges of getting my friend home to surprise her, Debi was patient, consistently checked in and was even sweet enough to sing to my friend. She also drove out of her way to deliver cupcakes to my sister's neighbour, just so my sister could feel appreciated on her birthday. This is a testament to her character. I contacted Debi for my daughter's birthday party after seeing some reviews on Yelp. She was quick to respond and answered all my queries for a frozen themed 2 tier cake design and gave some good suggestions too . She also delivered the cake on time to the party location which was a big plus for me as I didnt want to worry about picking up the cake in the midst of setting up the party. I ordered about 3 weeks in advance and Ruthy mentioned that it is better to order in advance since sometimes rush orders can cost extra. She also mentioned that they require full payment for the cake in order to hold the date that we need. We picked up on a Saturday. They are only open from 12-1pm on Saturday's to pick up. There was one add on that we discussed and she forgot to add it but when I mentioned it to her, she said she would add it to the cake immediately even if it would only be completed a little after they closed on 1pm. Overall, the cake was delicious and a huge hit at our party. Everyone thought it looked amazing and tasted equally as amazing! The cake was moist and the filling was great too! We paid $265 for the cake and it was so worth it! I would definitely love to order my next cake from her too!
