You will find, at a premium price, excellent cuts of cod, salmon, halibut and crab in their freezers. Pacific Cod Fish and Chips: I found the cod to be absolutely fresh, knowing very well that it was caught in local waters. Three pieces were served up with fries and two plastic containers of tartar sauce. I was absolutely full and happy with the fish, despite the outside lacking a crispy texture. Why? Because it was the freshest fried fish I had in a while. The fries were a little too salty for my liking, but they were nice and warm for a cold day in Petersburg. Their hours are restricted, closing up around 2:30pm in the day, so you may want to see this as your lunch spot. It is connected to the fish processing place, which is their bread and butter and secondly a place to eat. I would certainly come back for the friendly and quick service, and to support a small business in town.

They have many drinks you can choose from in stock. I had a guava flavored Jarrito which I hadn't had before, so I'm happy they had it as an option. Their interior is small, but has a reasonable number of seats for the space they have. The prices may sit on the higher end ($15-20 for an entree), but I didn't think it was unreasonable. After all, it's Alaska and prices will be higher. Overall, I would highly recommend if you find yourself in Petersburg!!

The rockfish is fried perfectly, the tortillas are as fresh as you find in places that are a lot more Mexican than Petersburg, and they have fresh cabbage and good-quality salsas. That is to say--these aren't tourist-oriented fish tacos in a cruise ship town, but tacos made by Mexicans for American fishermen.
