The cookies were noticeably inconsistent in size and appearance, looked nothing like the quality you expect from Crumbl, and unfortunately didn't taste very good either. What was equally disappointing was hearing that the employee helping my parents seemed irritated by their questions and generally unhappy to be there. For someone's first visit, that's certainly not the experience you hope for. It's disappointing because this location started out so well. I hope Crumbl takes a closer look at the consistency, quality, and customer service at the Redding location. There is clearly a standard associated with the Crumbl name, and unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short of it for our family.
