I ordered two cords from him and he was able to fulfill the order within a week (mostly because of my schedule). I have a rather large three car garage and the stacked wood took up an entire side of my garage and then some. I ended up building a rack outside for the overflow. He also made sure that he brought enough pallets for me as I didn't have an existing wood pile or rack. I should have enough wood for the winter, if not, I'm definitely calling Bill again.

Their product may be good, but don't bother asking them about any details; like "what are you calling a cord?" ( some people will sell you less than a cord, which by the way, is 4' x 4' x 8') or " what species of wood will I be getting?" (some people will sell you inferior species.) I asked these two questions and the respondent (via text) imediately got miffed and acted like they were far too busy to deal with any one who would dare to ask. They immediately cut off my order because I had the audacity. As I said, they may have a good product (or not), but they sure weren't interested in confirming that by answering the two simple questions. The person I was texting with was rude and dismissive. It took a while to set up a delivery date due to weather and other constraints, but when I had a…read moredate and time to expect him, he's right on time. My driveway is not very accommodating when it comes to large vehicles, but Daniel managed to unload just about in the ideal spot. The count on the half cord I had delivered seemed quite fair and was a mix of hardwoods. As far as value goes, I can't really compare since Daniel was the only one to get back to me.
