I reached out to John and he was here that afternoon to access the fallen tree and how best to get it off of my house. He gave me a price to remove the entire tree, haul away all of debris and grind out the stump. Mind you this tree was every bit of 6' at the base and was not a small task. The very next day John and his crew were at my house clearing the tree that was against the structure taking every measure not to do any further damage. Once that was done they proceeded to take the rest of the tree down taking every precaution to minimize damage to my yard. Once the tree was down and removed they ground out the stump, raked up and left as little impact as they possibly could considering the scope of the job. A month later I had the misfortune of finding a huge crack in in a 120' tall pine tree that looked to be ready to let go at any moment and that too would have made a direct hit on my home. I called John and he was at my house that very same day to look at the job. He secured the tree with straps at the cracked portion and assured me he would rearrange his schedule and get here that Saturday to start the removal of the tree as this was a priority. Well John and his crew did NOT show up on Saturday, they showed up earlier on Friday because we were due for a storm on Saturday and John did not want to leave it to chance for that tree to come down. He climbed that tree and limbed it off to reduce the exposure it would have during the storm. He returned that Sunday with his crew and proceeded to take the rest of the tree down, chipped it up and when they left at the end of the day you couldn't ask for a neater job. That's when I found Cherry Hill tree expert company. Mark the owner is highly experience and qualified for the job. Him and his team are fully insured and safety comes first. Mark was able to come out for qoute soon after a snowstorm . As soon as the snow was melted and the ground was dry he came right out and started earlier then expected with two trees. Then after a couple days of rain and the sun let up he was able to get the last two trees one day ahead of schedule before a lot more rain came later that week. After everything was said and done. Mark and his team had done everything we agreed on and some. I was going to do the cleanup and he made it easier by placing the branches neatly and organized leaving space to walk around. Mark and his team had gone above and beyond what was originally laid out. Their customer service was outstanding. They made our first time using tree services a good experience. We hired JJ's all Hardwood for removal of an old tree that was dropping large branches too close to…read moreour house. Once we reached out the responses were quick and within a week we had an estimate and a date set to anticipate the work being completed. We were offered options on how much or little work they could do in the way of the tree removal. They were very knowledgeable about the trees on our property and made recommendations on a surrounding tree that we didn't realize posed a threat to our shed. After having it removed it was clear it was only a matter of time before it became an issue if it had been left standing. Both trees were positioned up a hill, near multiple dwellings a fence and with power lines to consider as well as the neighbors property they navigated with ease... taking the time and care to cut each piece to fall exactly right, not to leave a trace of damage to anything!
