Fast forward 3 months and I had to call him again when a large Ash fell on the back of my house, destroying the deck and doing damage to my Sunroom and roof. I am very grateful for Sweet Tree for responding quickly and getting that tree off my house, cut up and hauled away for a fair price. He took photos for me to share with the adjuster, left everything very tidy, and also cut 4 stumps for me to sit on around my future fire pit, in addition to stacking up a manageable supply of wood to burn. Their product may be good, but don't bother asking them about any details; like "what are you calling a cord?" ( some people will sell you less than a cord, which by the way, is 4' x 4' x 8') or " what species of wood will I be getting?" (some people will sell you inferior species.) I asked these two questions and the respondent (via text) imediately got miffed and acted like they were far too busy to deal with any one who would dare to ask. They immediately cut off my order because I had the audacity. As I said, they may have a good product (or not), but they sure weren't interested in confirming that by answering the two simple questions. The person I was texting with was rude and dismissive. I ordered two cords from him and he was able to fulfill the order within a week (mostly because of my schedule). I have a rather large three car garage and the stacked wood took up an entire side of my garage and then some. I ended up building a rack outside for the overflow.
