I went to sweet frog yesterday, Saturday 9/20/2025 right when they opened at Noon. I went with my bestfriend, her mother, and her 6 year old kid. There was another family waiting for the shop to open, a father and his two young daughters coming from a children's soccer game. We got the yogurt from inside when the shop attendant let us in. It was SOUP. I thought maybe this was a malfunction with one of the machines and certainly there was one flavor that would have yogurt consistency and not runny cold soup. None of them did. The attendant's excuse was that she had just turned the machines. She was not apologetic at all. This is what frustrated me the most because she had disappointed three children and turned away 4 adults. We told the attendant we would be looking to go somewhere else because we did not want to pay for cold soup yogurt. She looked at us as if WE were the annoyance when she is at her job?? Do better sweet frog... you're sweet frog. Hire people that can at least be apologetic when they mess up and don't have the machines ready during hours you're open. This attendant who was a woman and wearing glasses just threw all of our soupy mess away and did not care one bit. Also if she would have told us beforehand to wait for the yogurt to freeze up, we would have waited an extra 15 minutes no problem, however she did not care to. read more

Many topping choices, not enough frozen yogurt flavors. There was a sign on the door indicating there was a shortage from their supplier, but I didn't expect 6-7 empty machines. Staff were friendly, said hello when we came in, and answered questions. A little pricey at .72 per ounce. I enjoyed it. read more

This place is a typical Froyo place, with the same typical flavors. The yogurt was all solid which is nice compared to runny, and the people behind the counter were pretty nice. The price per ounce wasn't to questionable, when im back in the area ill probably stop here again. read more

Sweet Duhlicious Love this place Great selection of different yogurt flavors clearly labeled whether non-fat, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. Original tart, Irish mint, country vanilla and white chocolate mousse among my favorites. Of course they have all the toppings and flavorings one could want. A little weird for the non religious like myself that Frog stands for Fully Rely On God but it's a subtle thing and the yogurt is amazing. Sweet Frog is located in a shopping mall and is clean, bright, funky, and hip. Walking in, there isn't anything telling the public though that "the line" or starting point is in the very back. There are tables to the right to walk past, tee shirts, a register, and candy toppings bar on the left.. Keep going under the ceiling lights, and past the fancy looking machines on the left....all the way back. There are stacks of paper cups, (anyone can touch your cup which is weird). Then everything is sold by weight (unless you go on a "no weigh" Wednesday), and I guess it can get pricey at .65/ounce. Ice cream is heavy. Well... It's self serve! Each nozzle is a different flavor, each machine has two flavors with the middle nozzle being a twist of both. Many options are fat free, dairy free... and reminds me of Dairy Queen type. A frozen but quick to melt sugary frozen dessert. (I prefer real ice cream), but this place is probably fun for kids who I am sure love to pull the lever down and make their own! There are many toppings to choose from including hot fudge, hot caramel.. Marshmallow, whipped cream.. Fruits, broken chocolate bars, crumbs of cheesecake, gummy worms, fruit flavored balls... And everything is just sold by weight at the end. I think its pricey here, and wish there wasn't so much artificial flavored options.. Instead offered more healthier options. Some of the toppings look like they've been sitting out for awhile... And just the public has access to it all... I recommend they offer a hand washing area (could be a long sink on the way down to the back with foot peddles but give option to wash hands first as everything is publicly touched). Nowadays, it seems like frozen yogurt (froyo) establishments are popping up everywhere. I was surprised to see this store, located in strip mall, open up. There is nothing outside the ordinary about this store. The froyo flavors are conservative. No strange or gourmet sounding flavors. They have many of the standard toppings: fresh strawberries, sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc. I liked the texture of the froyo, which was thick, smooth, velvety, and it had a great taste. Overall, it was a nice experience. The store is clean, the cashier was friendly, and the froyo was tasty. read more

We know what these places are like -- pay by the ounce, mix yogurt flavors and toppings as you want them. I wish there were higher quality froyo establishments in the area. For me, "high quality" means that the yogurt is actually creamy (not grainy, like it is here) and has authentic tasting flavors -- not flavors that taste like the fake version of flavors, if that makes any sense. I don't prefer the taste of the yogurts at Sweet Frog, but it is near my house, so I am likely to return! I wish we had options like Yogurtland or Yogurtini nearby in northern Delaware! Also, this is a personal preference, but I don't really like the idea of combining religion with froyo. Sweet Frog is an acronym. The FROG stands for Fully Rely on God. REALLY?! This place is so amazing. If you like frozen yogurt you will like sweet frog. The location is a little small but the choices are big. You have the regular ones like vanilla chocolate strawberry. Then you have knew like barista coffee moon pie peanut butter graham cracker coconut pineapple just to name a few. The toppings are just as plenty full. The staff here are friendly and the faculty is clean. The decor is bright and colorful and kid friendly. It's very clean many chocked for the frozen yogurt but I always put sour patch kids as one of my toppings they were hard & that was a turn off for me since on cheat days this is something you crave all week long on Sundays they close at 9 they turned the sign off earlier 9:45 and closed the store unprofessional and there we're teenagers working that seemed that they wanted to go home and were not really friendly maybe they were having a bad day. read more

My little sister loves this place so I usually end up getting conned into taking her here about once a week. In my opinion, the frozen yogurt isn't the greatest but there are plenty of flavors and types (non-fat, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) to choose from. Once you see how many toppings they offer it won't matter what kind of frozen yogurt you get because its more than likely going to get covered with all the various goodies anyway. Beware! Your price is based on the weight of the cup so don't load up to much. The bigger the bill the less good the goodies taste. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I always get tart yogurt so I can't say much about the available flavors, but I did try the mint and it was really good! They had a wide variety of toppings. The fro yo was good, however a small group of us signed up for the loyalty program and received a 2 small cups for $4 coupon via email. The store manager, Autumn, was very disrespectful to us, and especially ignorant to our African American friend(???). Autumn had a very condescending tone and acted as if our friend's African American children didn't deserve the coupon. She had no shame acting so inappropriately in front of other customers. She tried to argue that it was an expired deal even though we had just gotten the coupon and it was valid. After going back and forth, she reluctantly honored the deal.
