WOW! Incredible ice cream! This was my second time going. The first time I got a brownie sundae and it was amazing! The brownie was decadent, warm, and a nice size. I waited at one window and the clerk saw me but waited until someone else came at another window to wait on them. I asked her why she did that and she said that people normally order from that window. I asked her how I would know because there are 3 of them with no signs directing you where to order. Tip: Order from the end window, with your back against Pulaski Highway. Today I got a "Regular Waffle Cone" with 3 scoops: Horchata (incredible!), caramel cheesecake (blah, tasted like vanilla, what caramel?), and peanut butter puddles (very good). There was only one person working each time I went. They take each order, ring them up, make it, and move on to the next. It's a lot for one person. Business seems good, for good reason. would of been 5 stars if the s'mores ice cream was vanilla instead of chocolate. I don't know why they thought chocolate was a good idea.

Let's start with the positives because there's only a few. The girl serving us was VERY sweet, the place looked clean, and they have enough picnic tables to sit out and enjoy the weather with your ice cream. So we ordered two small cones (waffle of course). Small cones come with two scoops on ice cream. We ordered one of them with one scoop of fudge ripple and mint but only had two scoops of fudge ripple... Kinda of disappointing because it's not what we ordered. The other ice cream came correct. We both ordered hard ice cream. I didn't see anyone with soft serve, it'd be weird if an in cream place didn't have soft serve but it didn't seem like an option. Seems like every ice cream place should have a classic twist but maybe it's just me. Also this ice cream is VERY sweet by itself. I prefer a creamy less sugary ice cream. So if you're looking to get the wrong ice cream and fill your sweet tooth this is your place. read more

This was a really cool and reasonably priced ice cream spot. They had dozens of flavors and different combinations. The ice cream was sweet, creamy and delicious. Having never been here my wife and I split the waffle bowl sampler which had 4 small scoops in a waffle cone. My favorite flavor surprisingly was the French toast ice cream. It tasted like the French toast crunch cereal that I ate as a kid. Was surprisingly fun. The outdoors seating was a nice way to enjoy the weather. They even had a pup sundae for our dog! RJ brought us here after a movie. I have never been to Brusters even though I used to live around the corner from this one. What's not to love! I had a waffle cone with mango ice cream and cashew caramel. It was smooth and creamy, the mango was fruity and delicious. The cashew caramel had just the right amount of salty and sweet. RJ's pistachio was perfectly nutty and fruity. I can't think of any ice cream I've had anywhere that was better than this. read more

After my daughter spent 15 minutes waiting in line...WE are highly disappointed... The girl who took the order wrote down what I wanted on a piece of paper, yet she still got it WRONG! The ice cream melted before we got home and I live 5 minutes away. The brownie in my daughter's sundae fell apart.. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but the quality has fallen WAY down. So sad I've been ordering from this location for over two years. I, unfortunately, have been unable to find banana ice cream any place else. I have order many times and when I arrived to pick up my online order, I was notified they were out. Instead of being issued a refund I've waited until the were back in stock and able to pick up my favorite flavor. Today I was called the the manager who stated my order was incorrect and I should have been paying more. Which is crazy because she didn't even know that in the past I have spoken to her about an order and there was no problem. The small portions do not match the huge price. You can literally watch the workers scrape off ice cream from the scoop before putting it in your cup or cone to be sure they don"t give you much. If that's not bad enough, the workers, Bethany in particular is very rude. Not what you would expect working at an ice cream shop and dealing with families at all. For instance, she slams the window shut in your face while your still speaking, rolls her eyes, talks about the customers to other employees, and throws change in your hand. Very rude. Their high prices does not match their service and product. The next time I want ice cream, I'm going to the " Udairy Creamery " just a little further down the road from them. read more

Bruster's ice cream is very good, and I especially enjoy Graham Central Station. I am writing this review because I want to complement the owner, Jen, who addressed a service issue promptly and completely. I had ordered online, thinking I would avoid standing in a line. Unfortunately, I waited at least 20 minutes, even though there were at least 5 people working and there were not that many customers. Along with a couple of boxes of ice cream, I had ordered some waffle cones, but when I got home, they were not in the bag. I called and they said they would refund my $, so I gave them the credit card number. Instead of a refund, they charged me again. So now I had no cones and had been charged twice. This was frustrating. I emailed the address on their website to let them know the issues I had experienced, and the owner responded within about 5 minutes, even though it was already late evening. She apologized and said she'd follow up the next morning and reverse the charges. True to her word, she emailed the next morning and I had the refund back in my account. I really appreciate her taking my concerns seriously and responding very professionally. Thank you, Jen! I will be back. :-) read more

Used to be much better prices have gone up while portion size and quality have gone down.

We went here for the first time last week. ( I moved here from Michigan) Bruster's has a variety of flavors and their ice cream is delicious.... but, for the price they charge, they don't really give you a lot. I don't mind paying a little bit, (We don't go out for ice cream that often) but they don't give you your money's worth. That is my only complaint. I will still go back.
