Received a basic pedicure but that alone was good enough for me. Pedicure went well, color was great, I always get regular polish. The only thing I don't like is the finishing oil but I forgot to tell them not to put that on. They told us to stay to dry our toes "take your time" that was nice to not feel rushed out. Check out was nice and easy $1 charge for using card which is fair. Will come again if I'm in the area again!

When I book online with the technician I specifically choose, I am almost always assigned to someone else without notice. I was advised to call the salon directly to avoid this problem, so I did. Even then, my appointment was changed three times. Each time I was given a different explanation: the technician was on vacation, then called in sick, and then was suddenly unavailable to come to work. After the third rescheduling, I finally canceled my appointment altogether. A salon should respect its clients' time and honor appointments whenever possible. Repeated scheduling changes and poor communication are simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, this has been the most unprofessional nail salon I have dealt with in town. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came as a walk-in and explained that I needed something that would last through yard work, kitchen work, computer keyboards, etc. and I'd like a neutral color (so it's not that noticeable when chipped). Lana took care of me. She did an excellent job. She used a nail "dip" that hardens pretty much instantly and I didn't have to worry about smudging anything after leaving the nail studio. Fast forward four weeks later and the polish pretty much looks the same as it did on day 1, except that my nails have grown out. Since the color is neutral, it's not noticeable unless you look closely. I am headed back to have them redone. The salon has been newly renovated, with a brand new addition of new pedicure and nail stations. The atmosphere is very friendly and familiar. I could tell that just about everyone was a return customer and the customers even knew each other because they've been going here for years.
