My vehicles turbos broke during the time they had my vehicle, they kept replacing them and wanting US to pay for it. Not doing their job correctly and checking the intercooler like they should have done...they potentially put metal in the engine and ruined the whole engine. They broke the side of my cars door and never fixed it. They tried telling me the intercooler was $1200, then $1400, then $1100. from THE PLACE THEY GET THEIR PARTS. So we called the same place and they told us it was going to be about $700. They got pissy with my husband because we called out their lies and the owners sister cussed out my husband and called him the N word. They returned my vehicle completely not finished, broken turbos, broken door, bad intercooler And possibly a whole bad engine now. They are liars, thieves and apparently don't know how to correctly work on cars at all and not damage them even more. There was also rat poop in my car and was left filthy. CROOKS!!!

sept 10th 2024 i…read morewill not use this place for nothing !!!!!!!!! well lets start with "service", new to the area so i stopped to see if they had a air line i could use to add some air to my tires, immediately nope we cant give you air or let you use it, i was shocked, and then the lady came out to eves drop and she said we sell tires and our insurance wont cover it... ahhh i was not asking them to do anything, i just needed some air, i told them fine but i would be outting a review. ive spoken to several people that have lived here for years and they have pretty much cancelled using this place also ... not a problem , i went down the road and the place i stopped at had signs and all and i asked and within moments a younger guy ( i know his name ) came over and i said i could do it and he insisted, he checked all four tires and done in like 5 minutes. if i had to rate quality i guess they hit 100 at making themselves look am seem like fools .... oh yeah clem, im from ny also and even up there this would not fly in troop b of the new york state police coverage area .....

We called Clem's since it was the only place in Sweetwater, TN that we could find that did oil changes. At first they said that they were totally booked and couldn't squeeze us in. When we explained our circumstances and asked if they could suggest someplace nearby that could change our oil, they just told us to bring it in and they would make it work! We drove straight there and they worked us in immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were out of there in about 20 minutes. Great people, great service!!
