Tick Ranger has stood by their guarantee time and time again while doing it in an extremely responsive way. Before we were getting the service we would find ticks in our yard or dogs daily. Now we are lucky to find one or two in between treatments, and if we do find them, they come right back out to make sure they treat the customer well. To some people it may seem a bit costly, but the safety of my family and dogs is in good hands with Tick Ranger. It is certainly well worth it. I've spoken to them and they've lied numerous times. They claim they sampled the soil as advertised but nobody ever has the results. Rather than fixing the problem, they tried to sell me reseeding and aeration. I'm more pissed about the lies than the poor service.
