I should have taken before pictures, but I didn't. My front door is not sealed at the bottom and dust comes in big time. My floor is constantly dusty, the box elder bugs manage to come in too. It gets so dusty at the entrance that dirt settles onto the stairs and of course gets tracked along the hallway. That was the pesky area I wanted clean. The tech came in and licketty split got the stains out of my carpet, and cleaned the area I wanted and did an excellent job. My carpet is OLD, HOW OLD IS IT??? Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age. BUT the tech came in cleaned the carpet so well that I had to look closer to see if the stains were really gone and they are! When I move out of this place I will call them again. In fact, I know my stairs will get dirty this winter so I will be calling them again in a few months or so. read more

We hired them to clean the carpet of one of our condos in Vineyard. Their price is reasonable HOWEVER the quality of the work delivered is terrible. I was there when the tech arrived and I didn't stay for the whole time, but he got done the job in 30 minutes. My renter moved in the next day and told me the carpet still had stains and was smelly as well. Because she had to keep moving in and so she went to borrow a carpet cleaning machine and clean it herself. She showed me the water after and sent me images of how dirty the water was, even with just one pass and 5 passes after. I showed these images to the company and see if they can do anything. They said showing the dirty container doesn't tell us anything. They insisted on coming back the next day to look at it. I told them there was no point in coming back tomorrow since my renter already cleaned it 5 times. I also asked the company 2 times in the text what their process of cleaning the carpet was, and they DID NOT respond, now I'm questioning did they even did their job. Do not use them if you want your carpet to be cleaned. You will do a better job cleaning it yourself. Definitely will not come back and recommend them. I feel like I'm being blamed for not showing them how dirty their job was, I am not going to reply to their rude text message, and I attached a clean carpet image that my renter did by herself after 5 times. read more

Changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because the owner reached out immediately after seeing my 1 star review and offered to clean the area that was left untouched. Just wish I didn't have to deal with another appointment to do what should have been done in the first place. Have used this company multiple times in the past but will not again.. After being provided with a quote and having all of the vents and carpets cleaned, the quote apparently didn't include a small 3' x 9' area. I asked them to clean the "landing" but unbenounced to me they considered the 3' x 9' area to be a hallway, not a landing. So after spending $360 + , Instead of them confirming whether I wanted to clean this small "hallway" area, it was left untouched! It would have been an additional $25, which I would have paid had I been told. After the technician left I realized that the small area had not been cleaned. I spoke with the technician and he said he didn't do that small area because it was a hallway, not a landing, and would have cost $25. To leave a 3'x9' area in a heavy traffic area untouched is too petty for me. Next time I will use a company that does a complete job! read more

Very quick and competitive quote! Unfortunately, when I was trying to procure quotes for the front entryway to our business it was also a crazy busy week for us as we were gearing up for a huge show! To be honest, I was the one who was slow to respond. Josh at Clean Green was so great following up with me! I'm honestly disappointed with the service. The job was to clean three rooms, a hallway, and the stairs. Two areas--a room and the hallway--had visible urine spots under UV light. After they finished, the carpets smelled fresh, but that only lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed like they didn't even bother vacuuming before starting. The same urine spots were still there under UV, with no improvement. I ended up using my own wet vacuum spot cleaner to address it, and I got a full tank of dirty water, which just proves they only deodorized the carpet rather than giving it a proper deep clean. read more
